The summoning.
Oh, hello.
Oof
Wait, is there more then a single episode and a handful of 15 second snippets?
I liked A Fox in Space too, but calling it a series is a little generous. Especially since it's probably all we're going to get.

He is literally streaming progress on episode 2 right now. He does this everyday

So when will ep 2 be done?
he refuses to give a solid deadline. I've been watching him for months now and theoretically he should have it done but late summer. Realistically we won't be so lucky.
It's not a series until there's an episode two.
Still cute
I honestly have mad respect for this guy's work ethic. I wished most big animators could be at least consistent with their time spent working like him.
I bet Claire likes head pats.
Yes.
Damnit Plague.
Nigga, that's Fox Mccloud. Even the clothes' colors are the same.
He'd unironically be better off focusing on an original series just like Fox in Space, even if it comes off as NotStarFox. Same thing applies to all fan projects that reach a certain level of quality and dedication. At that point, you might as well stop doing fanworks so you can profit off what you're making and gain more freedom with what you write.
what message is this trying to convey?
That's a fair point, but artist want others to view their work and that's easier when its based off of something with an established fanbase.
It's really hard to get the word out for your project without coming across as shilling, especially here.
Securing the existence of something I guess
The only reason people care about MM is because it regurgitates /pol/ memes. I understand why people watch it, given how it appeals to such a starved niche market, but without the memes, all you have is a somewhat forgettable stylistic suck web series.
Fan works are a fast track to wide appeal, but I don't think that's why Matt is doing it. People also do fan works because they like the source material but REALLY wanted to see it handled differently, so much that they sacrifice profitability.
I feel like the writing is better than most televised shows. It follows a legit plot/subplot structure and if you understand they language they are speaking the jokes are quite funny. It's pretty heartfelt and passionately made too. Niche definitely and unpalatable to the vast majority of people but for a select few it's good fun
>The only reason people care about MM is because it regurgitates /pol/ memes
My roommate loves it and he doesn't even know /pol/ exists
He just finds it funny
Autism
>Streaming progress on episode two
Episode one came out like 3 years ago. How much longer should we expect to wait?
He wouldn't be doing if it wasn't Star Fox. He's fueled by obsession, or autism as it's known these days.
