Outside of Parks and Rec, Pratt paid his dues with a bunch of supporting roles before becoming an A-lister after Guardians of the Galaxy (which was itself a surprise hit). He was in Moneyball, Zero Dark Thirty, and Her.

Even Daniel Radcliffe has reinvented himself as a serious actor and is actually on the verge of a second act of his career.
