2). How strong is he? Like as strong as the Hulk at default - by that I mean if the Hulk is in a calm state, just hasn't reverted back to Banner
3). Does he posses the ability to heal? Not weather its fast enough to help him in any particular fight like deadpool or wolverine, but rather can he regrow the tooth that got knocked out in Deadpool2 within a few weeks? Or is he just going to have the goofy gap tooth grin and the dent in his forehead forever now?
4). Is he actually organic osmium? Or is it just his cells imitating the metal in some ways but not all?

Colossus is far from invincible. He even "bleeds" in steel form although it's "energy"

A typical HEAT or APFSDS round can get through +300mm worth of RHA, he'd get fucked by any modern tank in existence, or some dickhead with an anti-tank rocket.

Yeah, he's much more durable than normal steel. He looks more like osmium, a very slighlty blue tinted metal that looks similar to steel, but he's technically composed of a unknown metal.
He can take Temps of up to 9000° F, and has taken punches from both Hulk and Juggernaut without any permanent damage, and they can hit harder than any artilery or tank rounds as well.
He looks similar to steel, but is much tougher.
He's not on the durability level of Juggernaut or Hulk, but Colossus is extremely tough. Same with strength. Hulk (anger) & Juggs (magic) are unlimited upwards, but Colossus is quite strong. He has been shown strong enough to pick up and throw tanks around 200ft, putting him more like class 100 tons as an adult, being modern tanks weigh 70 tons. Colossus is only 100 however, not unlimited like Hulk & Juggs

Apparently his armor form has been described as osmium at times. I'm fairly certain it's also been called "omnium" (a completely fictional metal) at some point.
As far as his strength and durability, that bar brawl he had with Juggernaut pretty well sums it up. Colossus was able to hold up to the beating, but he was also completely dominated. That's what a fight between them will always be like when neither of them has anything powering them up beyond their usual level.

Neither Colossus nor the Thing is capable of contending with Hulk even when a writer isn't wanking off the Hulk. Thor is at least shown capable of fighting Hulk to a standstill or winning when no Hulk wanking is involved. And in alternate reality stories, the Earth usually goes to shit the moment both Thor and Hulk dies, not the case for Colossus and the Thing.

Thing starts out stronger than newly transformed Hulk but that goes away real quick. Thing is typically more durable, but Hulk has regeneration that's nicer than wanked out Wolverine's.
Beyond that, Colossus has been hurt more often, he has been stabbed and slashed a few times, more than Thing through most of the shit he gets into. So he is comparable in strength to Thing but a little less durable.
