With Gotham ending, they should just give up on the CW shows at this point and let the streaming app take over. Titans was a little rough, very edgy and gritty but Doom Patrol has been fantastic and I have high hopes for Swamp Thing. Just put Matt Ryan on Swamp Thing and then give Constantine the proper mature show he needed, he'll fit right in with the other shows.

Batwoman debuts in the Fall. Superman Debuts Winter 2020. Constantine to get new season on the DCU / WB service. Matt Ryan will create a "Dark Justice League" similar to the comics.
Batman is off limits. CW approached Michael Keaton to play an older Bruce Wayne, ala Batman Beyond. WB nixed this plan. No Batman. Ever. Movies only. Nightwing and Robin are okay on TV, but not Batman or Batgirl. So they're going after Burt Ward now. No one wants to be the executive that turns down the Batman 66 era Robin from returning to TV. LOL.
Dean Cain, Lynda Carter return as Superman and WW from their respective Earths for COIE. They're going to be stand ins for the Earth Two versions from the comics.

So I doubt this has even a 1% chance of happening, but him showing up a fair amount on the CW has been kinda weird since Bats isn't allowed for some reason. I wonder why they think having Bruce show up on TV (or their own streaming service at that) would "damage the brand" or whatever, while having Superman pop in doesn't. Granted, I do think it's worked pretty well since I've enjoyed Tyler Hoechlin's Supes whenever he gets to show up.

The only (most likely) true things in this post are that Arrow and LOT are ending. With Batwoman starting it makes sense to end Arrow since it will fill the street level crime gap nicely. Legends of Tomorrow was always doomed to be cancelled as its very expensive and doesn't get the ratings to justify it. Supergirl will probably stick around for a bit since the movie is still a while off.
