Miles should obviously still be the main character. This is the best-written incarnation of the character thus far, making someone else the MC would be idiotic.
Personally I think it should be him being recruited by Miguel to help against a threat in his universe or the entire multiverse. Please, for the love of God, NOT THE INHERITORS Not sure who it should be though.
Gwen should still be a major player, as should Peni. Noir and Spider-Ham can stay benched, though it'd be nice to see them back momentarily. I feel like Peter B should be shown at the beginning of the movie or the first act, but him having a newborn daughter with MJ would keep him benched for the majority of the story.
Since the entirety of the first movie is in Earth-1610, I definitely think Miles should be doing some Earth hopping. The problem with this is that I really do like his parents, but I don't know what kind of role they'd play in a sequel, especially one that doesn't primarily take place in Miles' universe.

Fuck it. I don't write Fanfics or really read them but I've had this idea in my head since the whole multiverse of possibilities thing.

In the sequel a member of the villian team is a teenage Peter Parker whose Uncle Ben never died.

Instead, on the the night the promoter stiffed him, the villian stepped in and showed him the depth of the mistake Peter made in that moment. Afterwards with the promise of enough money to make him very rich, Peter is taken into the fold. Still wrestling on the indie circuit, he acts as the occasional muscle of the BBEG.

More than simply being an Evil Spider-Man, this Peter is a pro wrestling villian. Flamboyant, arragont, and with a fighting style that mixes lucha libre and shoot wrestling, reflecting his changed dynamic with Crusher Hogan who after being humiliated decided to take him under his wing in exchange for Parker getting him out of trouble due to the borrowed money used in the shoot.

Hogan is treated as a mentor character in this. Gradually he starts to worry more and more about his Peter's second life and is killed for it, taking the place of Uncle Ben in his life and redeeming him.

I have nothing beyond this, a vague idea of his costume, a luchador mask done up in the style of a spider and tights but I've been on a pro wrestling kick lately and this popped into my head. Mixes together elements from his original orgin and that comic Raven wrote about Hogan which was fucking great.

I want a Superior Foes movie.

Maybe not for a direct sequel but what a fun idea could be would be for a Peni-Noir buddy film where Peni gets stuck in Noir’s universe and has to adjust to everything sucking ass technologically, and/or vice versa. Maybe both. Would allow for exploration of their worlds which in this storyline we know pretty much nothing about. Also both of them are cute.

Once Noir picked her up on his back everyone wanted to see more of that.

Hardened quiet detective with a soft spot for a genius, energetic and angry younger sister/daughter figure is a good dynamic. Both of them have kind of fucked up backstories too so they could bond over that, and it’d give the writers a chance to redo Peni’s family background/issues to be more consistent, as comic Peni is somewhat inconsistent and unlikeable since we don’t know enough about her good qualities (which movie Peni has displayed, eg, determination, ruthlessness, intelligence, kindness and general cuteness).

The thing I'd like to see is "616" Peter has been replaced by Otto since the events of the last film - but it's really fucking obvious to everyone.

He could even be the instigator for reuniting the Spiders, to prove he is the Superior Spider-Verse protagonist - or maybe that's what he says but in a flashback it's apparent he's trying to escape before the other heroes (Fantastic Four cameo?) capture him.

Then we get good old Peter B. Parker back for the finale or something like that. Because I love Ol' Pete.

I hope revolves around the Total-Clonage plot, like after getting out of prison Kingpin enlists the help of Dr. Miles Warren (aka Jackal) to clone his family instead of getting them from another universe, by mistake they accidentally create a clone of Peter Parker from Miles' universe who dawns the persona of Ben Reily and eventually becomes the Scarlet Spider

Fisk's family didn't know him at all because he hid the ruthless murderer side of him.

What you describe would ruin the entire point of his character, that for all his great power he refuses to take any responsibility- it's all someone else's fault that he's unhappy.

I think I just figured out the other day why that's not true. Fisk's family leaving him when they found out who he really was is a counterpoint to Miles' family always being there for him, and how his uncle, even though he was a criminal, saw that Miles was on the right track and told him to keep going. IMO Spider-Verse had great villains, even though the villains weren't the focus. Fisk's family relationship as a foil for Miles's worked well, and Prowler was both threatening and sympathetic, once you find out who he is. Liv is pretty good too, a little underwritten, but the twist was cool.

Richard started off as the Schemer, and his whole thing was trying to make up for his father's evil deeds by stopping the Kingpin. Then as Rose he tried a takeover in order to take his dad down from the inside, even becoming a vigilante.
