Not even the writers.

No

Why didn't this happen?

They had to rush out the finale, and GKND never got greenlit.

DON'T REMIND ME OF THIS GOD DAMMIT

God, she was awful I always felt bad for him.

>GKND
That's one of the things I've actually toss some money at on kickstarter, wish cartoon network would just test the waters with something like that.

I never got their relationship at all, she literally kidnapped him, she was clearly a sociopath yet he choose to keep dating her and the show just forget it ever happened. Then a bazingallion episodes later we find out she is an alien/plant thing.

It was almost like they authors wanted to make the worst couple possible.

no
she was the biggest cunt ever
Poor Nigel deserved so much better

Did anyone else ever want replica KND weapons as a kid?

It's was a really weird case. They kept writing him as being completely in love with her but all of his friends fucking hated her.

Numbuh Human Resources wouldn't like that

And even then it was inconsistent. Look at the pictures she has of him plastered all over her room. Can you see what they all have in common?

He really hates having his picture taken because he's bald.

No, he's constantly being photographed either against his will or without his knowledge. Lizzie's a creeper. Pun definitely intended.

Okay, so according to the ending Lizzie was literally never even a girl

So what the fuck fellas, why the fuck would they retcon that shit from being a thing only to say that the pussy pedestal was actually covered in galacto-jizz

That's only if their relationship lasts past teenagedom
What would happen if an operative was dating another who turned 13?

Not every relationship in media needs to be likable or ideal, you repulsive fat internet women. Sometimes things need to be rough for a character to make what they do & what happens to them feel important. This is called "tension."

Brainwashing.

Look at the episode with Nigel as President for his real feelings on her since it's pretty obviously not a loving relationship.

Make you miss Tootie .

They at least got together in that edgy fanfiction comic.

>Numbuh 1 fucks off to space almost immediately afterwards

It was a joke, as smart and level headed #1 is, he has an alarmingly bad taste in women

It's still a pretty bad thing for an organization if the boss is dating a subordinate.

Well honestly it could air on anything really. Curious Pictures is a third party from Cartoon Network, so they could air it on Netflix or some other network/streaming service

That's the only possible explanation I can think of, she was an awful person, selfish, abusive, annoying, ugly, terrible voice, fat, terrible clothes and stupid as fuck. She had no qualities at all.

I always thought she was asian despite being Vicky's sister

They'd probably need something to prove that it's profitable though, and I'd love to get my hands on some decent KND merchandise.

I always thought Trixie was asian due to her small eyes

I'm pretty sure she was

So... did Lizzie know all along that the GKND were planning on destroying the Earth? If so, why the sudden change of heart in the teasers?

It's obvious it wasn't their plan all along but a recent development at the time depicted.

you'd think with all the fancy new nerf guns they see about a cross promotion to get KND back on the map, nerf making KND based toys would've been a killer back when it first aired.

Entertainment is meant to be entertaining. If it doesn't entertain, then it's not doing its job.

I thought she was asian though.
Isn't her last name Tang?

sadly it's a real thing that happens, people don't think they can do any better so they settle for someone who clearly treats them like shit.

It just like in real life

That was the most acceptable cringe Ive read

It actually fucking tanked the show

I'm mad Splinter Cell weren't Magneto type villains like they were supposed to be

basted

tell me more

Not even nigel.
The reason he had to date her was to keep her cover on earth, remember that she's secretly a potted-plant alien.

Oh yeah that too. But I definitely remember him not liking pictures in general.

Hey guys, I found this

Thought it might be interesting to share

>tripod
Good lord I haven't seen a site hosted on that in over a decade.

The real question: does her being an undercover alien agent redeem things

It raises quite a few questions.
For example, why did she feel the need to brainwash him with that helmet?

It was clearly some random shit they made up months/years after the character introduction.

Just like regular show turning the goat boy into a Russian spy or pops into the "choosen one"

And was her sister that got married in the break-up episode an alien spy too?

And why did she make her human form so fucking ugly?

Alright i'll bite, who's the blonde on the far left?

A Delightful.

One of the sector z.

Timmy/Tootie was probably the most popular ship on that show though. Even if the love interest is clingy, it goes a long way if she doesn't treat her partner like complete shit, which makes it far more reasonable to support. That and the other options sucked.

Shitty writing is why. KND was never a well thought out show.

omg I tried to read this. cringe overload.

She was just a terrible human being. She should've practiced more

On an unrelated note, anyone remember that KND Porn Game coming out with the on-point art that made it seem like it came straight from the show (except with aging them up and giving them curves)

>Makes you miss [actually likable and funny nerd love interest]
ya no shit trixiefag

Legit just read it, it is cringe I don't regret reading

Yea, it's in development hell apparently cause one of the artfags died and their coder is the slowest motherfucker on the planet. I guess thats the best you can do with people who work for free.

It's honestly not as cringe worthy as I thought it would be. It's still edgy as fuck but I actually somewhat enjoyed reading it, especially during the ending that did actually tug at my heart strings a bit. It might just be due to the fact that these were characters I grew up watching tho.

Attached: How KND should have ended.png (505x714, 738K)

Her last name was Tang, which could be interpreted as both a racist and sexual joke
Her eyes could also be squinty from the weed, who knows

Those are some loose pants

No bs the last 2 chapters of this fucked me up just cause of how wholesome they were and also it clicked in my head that by the time Nigel and Rachel turn 18, everyone they know back on earth would have died of old age. Shit's fucked man.

The fact that this site is still up is insane. I remember I found a rocket power fan site back in like 2011. It was long died by then with the last post being from 2006.

Faithful to the original.

Good taste

Has Numbah One's ageing stopped or is he just a manlet?

The former

>apparently cause one of the artfags died

Wait, what?

I'll never understand who the fuck keeps making these annoying creepy characters.

0. Often times they pass off as more than just "lol it's a joke" they try to be genuine characters who ask the audience to take them CEREALLY.
1. The point of making a character hateable is that you also get to punch him and torture him in order to satisfy your cultivated sadism which these characters help you discover.
1B. 98% of the time these characters are untouchable, almost like a mary sue or a writer's pet. 1% of the time they finally get their comeuppance, but it was never worth it because 99% of the time was spent on them being assholes and the 1% is too short in order to get any gratification out of them being tortured.

The only annoying character done right was from Futurama. The professor's annoying smart ass clone constantly gets his head hit like 5 times throughout a 22 minute episode for being a dick, but he's only being an annoying twat in 1 episode, it's not a reocurring thing and he also isn't that irredeemably hateable like Creepy Arrogant Stupid Sheldon Cooper TM.

I just don't understand who the fuck keeps writing these characters without taking into account points 0 and 1.

>CEREALLY

>CEREALLY

Why would they introduce a character as a mind controlling antagonist and then have her be an overbearing love interest for literally all of her appearances after?

Well first of all. I really doubt that numbuh 1 was fucking her.

If the writers hadn't made Hoagie/Abigail a thing later on, he could've reasonably been with Numbuh 5.

Or at least

All the time, 2x4 Technology was rad.

i wonder is this the reason i developed an ebony fetish as an adult

[likable]
Fuck no. Funny as fuck because of her craziness, though,

>[unlikable]
She literally still gets stories and art drawn of her and talked about in threads here years even after not appearing on the show.

I'm both intrigued and disgusted

It's either a self insert or the writers don't intend for them to be as annoying as they are. Writing characters is a lot like self fulfilling prophecy at least in my experience, the more you try to make a character that's not like 'the one' people hate the more they turn into the very thing you're trying to avoid. Hence why you need proof readers and an outside perspective.

I've literally scraped stories when my proofreaders pointed out how annoying the characters were when it wasn't my intention to make them that way in the slightest but unfortunately many show runners don't have the desire and/or don't have the luxury of doing so due to mandates.

>those oyakodon pics.
Too bad its in Never Ever hell
