I didn't watch the show. But are you implying people shouldn't concern themselves with stability in their 20s?

Or are you implying people in their 20s can't be expected to "know" themselves.

Fuck you didn't you already make this exact thread two weeks ago?

At least Andy had an easy way out of his hole.

I remember watching this episode when it reaired on Adult Swim. Gave me the worse anxiety at the time during I could not afford college, nor had any trade skills other than my art. Was literally in my early 20s and I still did not have my life together. Now coming up in my late 30s, and seeing everyone else also not having their shit together depresses me more.

Literally born to get fucked.

Oh, fuck Andy.

Kevin too.

Yeah, that's pretty true, if I could go back I'd join the military but now here I'm in my early thirties looking for a new career before my kid's born... The world is a scary place I envy my dad who landed a job with the railroad.

Are there any other shows like Mission Hill that manage to capture that 1999-2001 feeling so perfectly? In retrospect it was a really unique period that was kind of cut short by 9/11, probably would have lasted longer if that event didn't send the country into hysterics. The only other thing that comes to mind are the Gorillaz shorts and music videos from their first album.

This is why, sadly, a latter-day "season 2" would probably never work.
