I thought it was extremely good, though I don't think I've actually watched the show in like a decade. It might just be nostalgia, I dunno.

Nice digits, by the way.

It makes me horny for all the child characters

Jeremie deserves to rot in prison. He put humanity at risk just so he could get laid.

Zero nostalgia, hated this show and it's dumb waterbaby characters, turned it off whenever it was on. It had the writing of anime and the visual appeal of Jimmy Neutron, absolutely awful.

Excellent sexts.

Like The Matrix, but lame.

And with 14 year old girls in their underwear. Stay classy, France.

Aelita is for Xana

You’d think after maybe a few months of having to singlehandedly do damage control for DAILY cyber-terrorist attacks where the consequences of failing could involve human death tolls in the thousands and in which they themselves are often singled out as the primary murder targets, these kids would collectively decide that it’d be worth it to just sacrifice Aelita and unplug the damn computer.

didnt watch it, but i remembered that the foreheads were big.

The worst part was that Aelita probably wouldn't have died. All the cast knew was that Xana put something in Aelita and just assumed it was a killswitch.

Checked! It’s a decent show.

I liked it. Only real gripes were the mediocre intro and them recycling animation sequences to a point where even a Hanna Barbera exec would start telling them to slow down.

>implying that isn't the best possible reason to put humanity at risk

Fun but with a lot of wasted potential. Wish Seasons 3&4 also had mystery plots going on like Season 2. But nope, the XANA shenanigans were pretty straightforward after that. Destroy the original Supercomputer, create a bunch of copies, make a robot army to take over the world. Yawn.

It's much better than Miraculous Ladybug, at least.

The French dub is superior, of course.

They still had the handy reset button so they naively thought they didn't have to sacrifice Jeremy AI waifu.

never heard of it

Incredible digits, first off. Second off, I remember initially hating the show but then growing to love it deeply. I revisited it a few years ago and while the writing and pacing is fine, I wanted to blow my brains out because they only used like two songs every single goddamn episode. Fucking abysmal. Strange too considering they made an entire fake band with some 11 songs (all of which are mediocre at worst and damn good bops at best) for the show.

>implying you wouldn't

the author of attack on titan was inspired by it and on that alone it is based

animation and designs aged poorly, story and characters are good.

Nice digits OP, but Code Lyoko is the ultimate proof that quality means absolutely nothing and making a show popular is a matter of distribution. If it hadn't been on CN literally nobody would care

Nah she definitely would’ve died. There was that one episode where the computer’s battery was failing and it was literally making her heartbeat flatline. Xana possessed that teacher in desperation and kidnapped Jeremy so he could fix it and save them both, which he probably would’ve done anyway.

I kinda liked it at first, but the formula got old fast. And they rarely if ever break from that formula. Plus the plotline made less and less sense as it went along. It didn't help any that they started the show after the beginning, and only went back and showed the beginning after two years into it.

Season 2 was the best season of the series, "ghost channel" was the turning point where I got hooked onto the show for the long run.

I wanted lyoko to be real so I could live in computer world, VR lyoko when?

>you can bring your waifu into reality, but in doing so you give the nuclear launch codes to an evil AI

what do you do

i watched it and don't remember anything at all
i wonder how many years ago it was aired on tv in my country

Rewatched it 5 years ago.
I still liked it, it suffers from so many repetitive animations but overall I really liked it.

i would accept my fate and give these launch codes to this computer monkey
i'm not some total chode's inability to confront the reality of my past actions

>wat do
Disregard reality, aquire waifu.

We're bound for selfdestruction anyway. If I get to make it a swift kind of selfdestruction, and spend some time with my waifu before it happens it'll just be win/win.

A weird mix of Tron and Reboot. Also the weird French massive forehead fetish
