-Ergo, come Tuesday evening, the online ticketing places will have the full movie schedule available.
-Captain Marvel is up because tickets went on sale in advance
-Not every movie gets pre-sales like that (Us and Breakthrough are two movies I know for certain should have pre-sales up) and movies that do vary on when they go up. It can be anywhere from a month on advance for larger titles or just a week
