It really depends who is making the series, though sometimes the network does interfere at random. RS had human women with big tits and even shown in their underwear. Though it is annoying when in the same series a creator acts like, or possibly can't, have big tits anywhere or exposed cleavage, but there's big asses and hips everywhere. Actually I think this is an interesting point. Media generally seems to forgive men more for being fat/physically unattractive more than it does women; you'll rarely see fat/ugly women starring in things while men may even be highlighted as being the fat or ugly dude. But in real life social context, fat men have a harder time getting sex as opposed to fat women. Why is this?
