It would be story about Wolverine having Ghost Rider powers, later became a Herald of Galactus, then a Nova Corps member and eventually hosting the Phoenix. We can call him Cosmic Ghost Rider Nova Phoenix Wolverine. He will fight Old Ones and Outer Gods. Every fight would be a splashpage of gorefest and bloodfest with Cosmic Ghost Rider Nova Phoenix Wolverine easily decapitating the opposition.

A infant demon named Demon, the last demon of Demon Planet was send to Earth via a magic circle before Demon Planet exploded. Demon was eventually adopted by 2 farmers and taught truth, justice, and the American dream. Demon would eventually become a reporter for Morning Celestial and his boss is Perry Black. Demon would also become a superhero by the name of SuperDemon.

The story should have drama, slice of life, violence, psychological stuff and mature themes throughout.

Another would be General Demon, an evil general from Demon Planet that was exiled to the Ghost Zone.
