This comic book isn't gonna save comics, but it may make comics look silly to normies. Iron Sights was storytimed like, a month or two ago, but it honestly isn't worth reading. Not in a "so bad it's good" way, or "so bad it's bad" way. It's just impossible to tell what's going on because the art is so shitty. All the characters look the same, so you can't tell who's who, or what's going on.
Old Yea Forums warned you it would be a scam when it was attempted over the Barbera Joker cover 'contreversy' and the Cho covers, which is why it never took off here until the board got infested. Pretty sure it gets more views to talk about the latest Squirrel Girl one shot team-up with Cosmic Ghost Rider in an attempt to address "all that's wrong with the industry" instead of making one about the actual good books that do exist and are being published, like No Road Home or Black Order or Immortal Hulk and Green Lantern. To name a few examples.
Malin is bad to abysmal in pretty much every facet of comic book art, his composition is brutally bad, often nonsensical, his figures look like Liefeld drew them the morning after a 14 day bender, his faces look half finished and his backgrounds are generally nonexistent. I can say that his paneling is completely unremarkable but generally intelligible as a "positive", if your feelings are hurt, John.

The only thing people can do is get behind individual creators, and that will NEVER be a movement like this. The whole idea for this movement was to get people who, as you can see, clearly can't cut it on their own. EVS alone would just be "guy who can't finish his book on time". Meyer on his own is "shitty writer", etc. All together, they're TEAM CG, COMING TO TAKE COMICS BACK FROM THE LIBS! But... they won't.
