It depends on the Hawkman. Carter doesn't, but when he's Katar he does have a degree of superstrength. Nothing amazing but he would be stronger than Batman. Not that superstrength matters. A mace to the skull is going to hurt regardless of whether or not there's superstrength behind it.

It's not really something important. Feats only matter if to compare RAW numbers, one page with one character saying chimp is a better detective than bruce is irrelevant, a page saying Aquaman can lift 80 tons on the other hand does. No version of Hawkman EVER has been close to the strenght of Aquaman, 9th metal feats, just like the feats of Captain america's feats are feats of the object, not theirs.

Batman would use Hellbat armor, acquired Lex armor, or one of his own designed armors that is easily capable of taking on Adam on an equal footing. Or simply take him out of the fight with an anti magic contingency
