Ooh what you planning Chip?

I'm pretty sure I mentioned something about this being pre-synergy, because there are rumors that Hydro-Man will be in Far For Home and he will be the "Namor" of the MCU since they can't use the real one.

I mentioned this and now we have Hydro-Man in this comic... it's suspicious!

>Do you bleed?

This Invaders comic has been pretty good. I used to not like Chip's writing but ever since he dropped comedic stuff and started doing more serious stories I kind of started liking his writing.

I also can't wait for the 60's Spider-Man comic, that seems pretty interesting as well.

Hahaha Matt you're so funny.

On the other hand, Hydroman popped up in Marvel Two-in-One. In fact, he showed up in the Where's Wolverine cameo page in said issue.

What am I supposed to assume she's doing with her hand?

thx user it was fun

I wonder if that's Mephisto

Wasn't Marvel "Timely" before being Marvel, or am I remembering?

Chip fucks around and accidentally becomes a good comic book writer
didn't see that coming but am appreciating it
yep, little bit clever

Thanks OP
Chip has been doing a good job so far with both Invaders and DD

God I hope not

This was the Marvel comic of his that really won me over. Loved 2 in 1. Been pretty smooth sailing ever since.

Wish he'd get another crack at Star-Lord cause that annual was legit good and showed that he can do right by the character when he's not shackled to Earth for the sake of some dumb Bendis-mandated mini "event."

Thanks user.

You know, I’ll never get why Steve considers Namor a friend. He’s a total asshole who pusses in their friendship at least 70% of the time and that’s on a good day

What?
How do you keep Hydroman in an underwater prison?

Question for those in the know: Is the "All-New Invaders" released between 2014-2015 any good? I grabbed it from the archives because, according to comicbookdb, the Eternals are featured more or less prominently.

Namor fucked her mom.

They're Roxxon. Why is the story pretending he didn't rightfully execute them?

Namor somehow stole his powers.

Did someone pin an old newspaper about Spiderman on a brick wall outside?!

Why?

"Namor tries to kill all humans" is like "Dr. Doom becomes omnipotent". Shitty, repetitive story that never goes anywhere, but Marvelfags love it to death and harass everyone that don't.

How will Namor be punished this tine? A slap in the wrist and a kiss from Sue Storm?

i really wish they would include these pages at the beginning or the end of the book

What is the fucking point in doing that? They have attuma

It’s like complaining Superman saves people

Namor is an anti hero. He kills. You know that right, Tommy?

Why are the Avengers okay with a guy that kills innocent peoole? Why the Invisible Woman cucks her family with him?

>I hate sand...

She throwing up her gang signs.

This is a good question. While Namor was officially considered a mutant for a very long time, since X-Men #6, it was never truly a well known fact, and more of an obscure trivia. In other words, Chuck probably brainwashed Namor into thinking he was an Atlantean, instead of an omega-level mutie

Yeah I wasn't that fond of the Earth-Lord stuff. Peter being a bar tender, getting into a family drama with some old ex-burglar and his son, Peter saving Rich's mortal enemy from his youth, OOC evil Black Cat, token badass old lady female fatal that doesn't do anything but act cool. I think in the end all of this shit hurt the comic because it was suppose to be an ongoing and the moment Star-Lord got to space it ended.

They should have started after Bendis left GotG.

That makes no sense.

That would be a major retcon. I always assumed he was just an Atlantean mutie.

Also would Namora and Nita be muties too?

For your second question his dick game is amazing.

I bet Namor gave poor Naslund a bunch of shit.

Contacting Namor, hence why he shows up at the end of the issue

yes it introduces a new waifu too

Early Chuck was hiding the knowledge about mutants from the general populace, and often used his powers to make people forget about mutants. Maybe there were two Namors - the Golden Age who died, and impostor Namor, who was a mutie with powers similar to the old one.

with the imposter being the hobo Namor found by Johnny

Well the issue #4 solicits say that "everything you knew about Namor is wrong", and it involves Chuck. Knowing Chuck's modus operandi, there certainly was some memory erasure. And cockblocking his powers somehow.

cause Steve is a bro, and they went through some pretty bad war horrors. That goes a long way

+that sounds almost as bad as when Fraction implied that captain Nemo was Namor's father in his Defenders run.

Namor is an asshole but he's the Invader's asshole and it's hard to explain but war bonds people even if when you don't get along.

Not to mention Namor does like Steve and Steve knows him well enough that he notices when he's not his usual brand of asshole and that something is wrong with him. It's why Steve risked himself so Bucky could sneak into Namor's place to get some clues as to what is happening to him.

Christ, it went clear through his armpit. That’s a surprisingly unpleasant concept.

Night bump

Bump

Rip: he scored a lot.

Namor a shit to most people most of the time but he has his moments and the Invaders have seen enough of his good side to consider him a friend.

Also there's the whole war buddies stuff.

Checchetto makes everyone gorgeous, in the script for the previous issue Chip asked him to draw an average looking woman, still pretty but not supermodel beautiful. Checchetto still made her look gorgeous.

I can't help but read this in D'Onofrio's voice with his inflections on the bold words.

Is Checchetto using 3D backgrounds? That's not usually his style.
