Pic not related I assume?
I hope that looked better in motion cause that pic just makes it look like a cheap plastic mask.
The mask isn't great, but CW's Slade was awesome.
More about the performance and the writing than strictly the costume, which is hit or miss.
But those things are nothing like comic Slade either though.
gonna drop into this thread and point out the obvious Deadpool and JJJ
Jesus, I've cosplayed in better stuff I've bought from a military surplus store. I'm not sure what the fuck is going on with that "armor".
>Kneepads for shoulder armor
>Kneepads for forearm armor
>obviously foam handle 20 dollar samurai sword from amazon
>gloves are easily found on amazon
>going fill Liefeld with the kneepads
I knew something looked wrong, all of the armor looks like something that should fit over your knees and shins. Good point on the katana, I just noticed that the hand guard probably isn't even metal and is just a flat piece of something. Some el cheapo katana I bought at a con looks actually has a hand guard with pattern and is actually made of metal.
Each actor brought something unique. But this was Castle in real life. Despite the movie sucking.
He definitely looked the part, but yeah, the movie was straight ass with a few entertaining parts thrown in, like Maginty getting vaporized by a grenade launcher and Ink getting his face crushed in by Frank's fist.
So it's not perfect if it has a flaw, being the costume.
Didn't care much for the growling in season 3 but he's the best Riddler
gotham is a bad show, with a stupid plot and a retarded premise but somehow, it has really good characters.
If you go into the movie expecting pure shlock, it can be pretty fun.
In that regard, the only way the movie truly disappoints is the horrible CGI for simple gore that's been done practically for decades in film.
youtu.be
I like it when he kicks people.
>completely perfect adaptations of Yea Forums-related characters
>posting that garbage
It has to be bait.
If you look at it as the origin of Adam West Batman set in Tim Burton's universe with the edginess of Nolan's Dark Knight it improves slightly.
>PERFECT
>That fucking shit NZ accent
no
>slashing a guy with a sword when you could easily shoot him
>unloading two bullets and running away when you have a automatic rifle
This looks retarded, and it is retarded.
Best Hulk Best Bruce. New Bruce is too fat and as a result so is Hulk. New Bruce is also too non chalant about being Hulk less like he's gotten used to it but is still tortured by it and more like he revels in being a radioactive rage monster.
Yea but is he passed Death's Stroke?
>takes his mask off when he's surrounded
This is so bad, I actually thought this show couldn't get worse after season 5
In what universe? Now don't get me wrong he's a great version but he's nowhere near a perfect adaptation
>writing
>MUH CRAZY SERUM
>MUH SHADO
Cuckstroke was awful and you know it. Especially considering how great pre-Mirakuru Slade was and how lazy the writers were at making him evil.
did arrow's fights always look like a student/fan film, there is just something about the camera, lighting and the way the mooks just run at their deaths.
The movie did not suck
Is this the smallville one or Arrowverse?
The fact they replaced him with Ruffalo instead of Duchovney is a crime against humanity
Smallville.
why Tom segura dressed as hawkgirl
>The Hulk with David Duchovny's face
There goes my sides.
Not even cool kneepads, those are cleaning lady knee pads.
Excellent choice
Not perfect by any means but I liked seeing him in live action
>Best Joker
>Best Harley Quinn
How did Telltale do it?
Meh, I guess.
I wouldn't say it was my favorite portrayal of them, but it's the most I've ever sympathized with the joker. Seeing the joker try to be a hero and mentally breakdown from the contradiction between his and batman's philosophies gave me feels.
The reversed the roles. Harley was the dominate borderline abusive one and John was the one who becomes a criminal from being around her crazy ass. Interesting take
>Best Harley Quinn
The one on Gotham is actually really good. She nails being zany but not autistic like in Suicide Squad. And she seems like a lost puppy following Jeramiah around in a crazy backwards world. Not like TellTale Harley who kicks him around
Seeing the reversal of roles in that dynamic was very interesting. Telltale's Batman in general had a lot of really interesting ideas, and I'm sad we'll never get a season 3. Extremely underrated little duology.
Black Manta in Aquaman (2018)
