>Someone mains Thor
>The rest who don't get btfo
Shit idea.

back during season 1 or 2 of league, i came up with an idea, enfos but with cape theme. i called it heroes and heroic alliances. i'm surprised i haven't seen a standalone enfos game.

It's paladins but with fewer bugs and DC instead.

Overwatch is at its core a FPS, Marvel Superheroics is focused on melee combat 90% of the time. Hard to make it work 1/1. A Marvel DOTA would be dope as fuck though.

There are plenty of games where canon powerlevels are simply ignored for the sake of balance. Hell, DOTA itself does this, with literal Gods and Cosmic entities getting BTFO by a dwarf with a gun.

Wonder Woman game based on god of war but on WW1, WW2 and Cold War eras

>Marvel DOTA
I'm really sad that the moba fad died out so quickly because I really loved the DC moba despite it being clunky as fuck and would have really liked to play a marvel moba that leaned more into like Heroes of the Storm which is more of an arena brawler

I'm surprised stuff like GI Joe/Thundercats/He-Man/Transformers hasn't been tapped for some kind of MOBA or hero shooter. Seems tailor made for it.

>GI Joe hero shooter
sign me up senpai, i'll even take a fucking battle royale

Me and my friend were never able to play a Booster Gold & Blue Beetle (Ted Kord) on a lane together.
There is no justice, no love, in this wretched world.

Game with Booster Gold where he need to timetravel, teames up with heroes from different timelines to fix their timeline because some timetraveling villain changes stuff and shit.

A large part of the Yakuza charm is just doing japanese shit and Avatar just doesn't have the world for it. So nah, I don't think it would be a good game

Overwatch but with a Smash-like assortment of iconic FPS characters.

Attached: 1542791525987.jpg (1280x720, 236K)

I'd like a more recent Marvel fighting game that's one on one and without any crossover shit

>It's Just Jade Dragon But A:TLAB instead.
Would play desu

Are you sure?
youtube.com/watch?v=yskDL4Tg8Y0

Gotham City Imposters but like still alive.

DC had Infinite Crisis, which was a great MOBA, but the devs were retarded and ended up killing the game with all the poor decisions they made. Marvel has a MOBA, but it's Korean only.

>Real-Time Strategy
Not my type, but that's a good idea.

Not Yea Forums but
A GTA-like game but with Wario

A John Constantine point and click adventure

>mfw Gabriel Knight is a John Constantine game.

Now this is an idea

Alternatively just use Hulk instead.

TF2, but it’s Doom Patrol

throw in creature commando's and we're gucci.

Can we just get a regular fucking RPG with superhero characters? Marvel Avengers Alliance was one of THE most popular facebook games of all time, is it too much to ask for just a better version of that?

Ultimate Alliance, but for all platforms.

Ultimate Alliance should have paved the way for this, but it ultimately just.. stagnated and did nothing. The idea of leveling up a hero or villain, with different costumes giving different stats, with your team comp giving a small boost was very refreshing. I was so jealous of Ultimate Alliance because I wanted it, but with DC heroes. And theres tons of content you can produce for a game like that.

Marvel's XComm

As in, you have a map of the globe, and your team is made up of Marvel heroes. Each Turn, a different faction would make a move on the Earth. Each Faction can be Hydra, the Hand, AIM, Latveria, etc. They each have a percentage bar that goes to 100% that means their doomsday plot is in play which means you have to go all in or lose. This meter fills up as you target one faction and complete missions while ignoring the other factions.

It could play like the Titanfall timefuckery levels. That would be fucking sweet.

A X-Com like game is reserved for the Suicide Squad.

Ok, how about this:
A Daredevil Beat-Em-Um platformer, BUT, you actually explore stuff with sound. The visual element of the game is merely limited to monochromatic displays of the environment. You have no idea what material things are until you interact with them. Enemies appear as humanesque blobs before you punch them for the first time. Aside from that, you would have to train your ears to be able to get the most out of the game. Maybe there could be a nightmare mode once you beat the game, where you literally can't see squat, other than your health bar and the rest of the HUD. You'd need headphones and an indicator when you run into stuff though.

Craig of the Creek would make for an amazing comfy childhood video game setting, with its concept of kids LARPing and adventuring through nature with different factions and cliques; for those that don't watch the show here are some elements from it that would work great in a videogame:

>the main kids have an underground base in a hollowed out tree stump
>the protagonist is a "cartographer" who wants to map out the creek
>there's a trading tree where kids can buy items and snacks
>some of the locations that appeared so far are a cardboard city, a water kingdom in the sewers, a cherry blossom grove where weebs hang around etc
>the kids explore unmarked areas like a giant patch of stinging nettle, a distant part of the creek guarded by elf-LARPing ranger kids etc
>the older kids in the creek who grew up are treated as wise elders who play DnD and live in their geek cave
>two groups of kids are in a constantly ongoing paintball war
>the kids play a TCG which is basically a Yu-Gi-Oh parody

Just seems like rife with opportunities for quests, interesting characters, minigames, childlike spins on usual game mechanics etc. Shame the industry has moved away from games like this, it would be more fitting for the PS1 and low poly graphics.

Give me another Cybertron game.

Not Yea Forums but cool idea.

Marvel VS Capcom
but its
Cartoon Network VS Nickolodeon

So, basically a kid friendly Stick of Truth?

It's just like Sins of a Solar Empire: Rebellion but with The Irken Empire, Gem Empire, and [Insert another cartoon space empire here]

>My Tallest you can not put anymore points into the Massive's snack storage!
>did you just built a fleet of 100 gem corvettes?!

>So, basically a kid friendly Stick of Truth?
Yeah, although I'd prefer a bigger focus on engaging gameplay and no turn-based combat, the Tomba series is perfect in that regard in my opinion, although I'd personally add more story elements for the CotC game.

I legit thought this was a Yea Forums ideas thread

>Star Vs The Forces Of Evil JRPG Mystery Dungeon sort of game, your party is Star and two other selectable characters like Marco or Ponyhead or name whoever the fuck, and it's set in Quest Buy
>A new South Park GPS that plays like the old Goldeneye knockoff from the 64 but not mediocre and of vourse eay more characters
>Arkham but done in the BTAS style, or better not just about Gotham but the whole damn Timmverse.

How about battlefront but with a dc coat of paint?

How would that even work?

Bully but at Xaiver's Academy for Gifted Youngsters

It's Final Fantasy 15 but with Thor and the Warriors Three and Occasionally Sif

>New Mutant on Campus, established mutants and teachers, etc.
Fucking. Good.

Sounds a lot like A New Mutant Quest's initial plot premise. Glad Afungi decided to stick with the gang thing to see how that would end up if we didn't fuck up and boy did we fucking go places.

>imagining this much condensed cancer

The Crystal Dynamics Tomb Raider games but with Green Arrow.
Hire me, Square.

It's Muscle March but with She-Hulk, Titania, and every buff superheroine.

Attached: 1480529866784.jpg (710x1000, 82K)

Kingdom Hears but without all the anime bullshit so it's just like a cartoon RPG.
Make it about Disney villains joining forces to merge the worlds, take over everything or some shit so it's up to Mickey, friends and other Disney characters to stop them.

Attached: Mickey Mouse.png (924x993, 166K)

I'd love to see an open-world The Crow game set up like Crackdown - you go after a street gang, etc. leading up to the final boss and there are flashback collectibles, etc. Your health is represented by a Crow that always follows you around. Nothing hurts you, but if the bird is hurt, you go down fast and hard. The crooks notice it pretty quickly, so you need to rely on stealth a lot.

There would also be side-missions involving an undercover cop and helping out those effected by the gang.

awwww shitttt this

though there would have to be more RPG elements, like how would the powers even come into play

I really don't see how a genre where the gameplay solely consists of clicking on things is any better a fit than an FPS. I'm not the biggest Overwatch fan but it seems easy enough to apply to Marvel characters. Hanzo to Hawkeye, Genji to Elektra or Gamora, Winston to Hulk, Brigitte to Cap, Pharah to Iron Man, Sombra to Black Widow, etc.

a marvel game based in the 616 its never been done before

So a Quentin Quire game?

Already exists: m.youtube.com/watch?v=trgQYIJVHNI

Use Anthem’s engine for a cool Iron Man game. Something with lots of plot and armour customisation, too. I’d like a few diverging plot lines and dialogue choices as well, I guess, as some people like their Tony more/less quippy.

>scared of doing new things
>want to go to gym and have a cute tummy
sad life, no wife.

X-Com but with GI Joe

I want to take the special vision from the Arkham or Spider-Man ps4 game and apply it to another 3d beat em up but with Daredevil. It would have combat a lot like the Arkham games, but the entire game is on the special vision to showcase Daredevil's blindness

Would they still have keyblades or swords in general?

This would be awesome.

Characters that use swords do have their swords, but no keyblades bullshit.

This would be ideal for a future imperfect adaptation

Not a new idea but Marvel vs Capcom but with DC instead of Capcom.
And made by Capcom circa MVC2/3 or CVS2, not the current Capcom fighting game division.

Also this is weebshit but I want a goddamn good Rurouni Kenshin 2D fighting game. Convert everything from Last Blade if you must, just stop with the shitty 3D fighters.

Would it be 2v2 or 3v3?

It's just Persona but with the Legion of Superheroes or Young Justice instead

Attached: p5.jpg (1280x720, 130K)

Final Fantasy tactics but you're a Space Marine Chapter.

Deadly class 2d fighting game that maintains the art style of the comic. Done.

Mario and Luigi esque slapstick combat.

There was a PS2 JL game that was like that.

4v4

marvel moba does exist, or it existed. I don't know I saw official licensed marvel moba thing like a year ago. I didn't hear from it after that so I assumed it died out.

store.steampowered.com/app/790650/MARVEL_END_TIME_ARENA/

found it. some reviews say it hasn't been updated for months looks like it will die out eventually

Devil Survivor, set during World War Hulk with mostly street level heroes and maybe some lesser villains that joined the Initiative. Heavy hitters like Ironman help during boss fights before they get captured.

Final boss is Hulk with Sentry as assist.

Attached: ds.png (760x680, 937K)

problem with making marvel/dc moba or class based shooter is that characters were not designed with game in mind. they were designed for comics. they are mostly buff/fit dude or girls wearing spandex. many of them will have similar silhouettes which would be really confusing to tell apart and added with modern game cosmetic system it would be harder to tell which character is which during intense gameplay. dota, overwatch, tf2 all designed their characters with unique silhouettes in mind. pretty sure league of legends does that too

Yet there was already a DC Moba and it was fine. You can design unique silhouettes for DC characters or Marvel characters.

Fighting game of Marvel vs DC.

A Superman game that goes balls to the wall crazy with the super powers. Like Metal Gear Rising or Bayonetta levels of stupid and fun.

A click and point adventure of Blacksad and another one for Bone.

An rts game of the Avatar Universe. Fighting game is also a good idea.

A Red Sonja action game similar to Dragon Dogma but more violent and gory.

A RWBY fighting game.

An arcade rail shooter based on The Punisher.

A horror game with Constantine as the MC.

A He-Man/She-Rah game that involves stopping a Skeletor and Hordak. Something akin to Monster Hunter and inspired by old school Golden Axe.

>A Superman game that goes balls to the wall crazy with the super powers. Like Metal Gear Rising or Bayonetta levels of stupid and fun.

Asura's Wrath is a better match.

A Way of the Samurai, but with Usagi Yojimbo.
Endtown but it's a horror exploration game combined with turn based combat.

A Family Guy Beat 'em Up

>It starts off with Peter, Cleveland and Quagmire at the Drunken Clam, they watch a news report about a crime wave sweeping Quahog
>Joe then appears and tells them that the police do not have enough officers to deal with said crime wave so they're hiring mercenaries to help them out and he offers his buddies jobs
>At first you can play as All-Around Peter, Slow but Tough Cleveland, Speedy Quagmire and High Attack Joe
>DLC would include Peter Griffin Presents The King and I (you play as Automoton Nuclear Neo-humanoid Android)
>If you're playing with friends, you face off against The Giant Chicken's friends, a giant duck (who fights Quagmire) a giant Guineafowl (who fights Cleveland) and a wheelchair bound Giant Turkey (who fights Joe) Joe and Cleveland complain about this
>The Final boss would be James Woods dressed as the only role people today care about, Hades
>DLC would include a Stewie/Brian adventure, facing off against hordes of Matthew McConaughey clones, Bertram and a revenge seeking Vinny

I don't know how it would work, but I want a Dr. McNinja game.

A FighterZ styled Marvel fightan, with Jack Kirby art style.

God of War but with Thor, taking place in the classic Tales of Asgard era with all those colorful Kirby designs.
Modern Thor is boring generic viking cancer.

Only if we get a DCFighter in the style of Scott McDaniel or Manapul.

>Overwatch with Marvel
They should get Bendis back if they want to do that.

Bendis should probably just kill himself.

I have an idea for a Craig of the Creek RPG

>You can have up to six members in your party (you start off with Craig, Kelsey and J.P.)
>You can replace Kelsey and J.P. with other creek kids (but not Craig) but all three get a stat boost when you have them on the same team
>Find Ancient Treasures (Toys from the early 2000s) either trade them to Kit or give them to the Creek Elders for powerful stat boosters

Well the RWBY gang is in Blaze Blue or something

HO-HO
HA-HA

and yes it's a freaking masterpiece with huge number of cocurrent players and always up there on top 10 most viewed games on twitch right?

An Adventure Time RPG

Collectathon in the vein of Battle for Bikini Bottom (no specific license)

CN Punch Time Explosion but good (doesn't have to be Cartoon Network)

CN Battle Crashers but good

The game failed because the market at the time was oversaturated. When infinite crisis was launched, there were already like 20 other MOBAs fighting for the attention of a very finite public; and though the game was growing, it wasn't growing fast enough for WB's liking, so they shut it down.

Literally anything where you play as the Flash I'm desperate and tired of Injustice

I mean, nothing you typed or responded with had anything to do with the original argument; the DC MOBA, actually, was pretty successful; in 5th position behind DOTA, LOL, HoTS, and Smite. However, Turbine decided to kill there own game with poor launch decisions and forcing a map no one liked on everyone. But that's neither here nor there since the original argument was about silhouettes, which Infinite Crisis did just fine.

2D is for kids that can't play real fighters

Someone in this thread works for valve because that link doesn't even go to anything anymore

Ben 10 mushou/beat em up game by Team Ninja set during/after Omniverse where you (unlock them but eventually) have access to every alien in the show.

Make it so you pick a roster of 10 aliens before going in to each level and eventually unlock stuff like master control (no timeout back to Ben, switch between aliens whilst transformed) like the Wii games. Make Gwen, Kevin, Rook and others playable and unique enough that you don't just want to use ben all the time. Or give them their own gimmicky levels.

Courage the Cowardly Dog VR
alternative title: Courage the Cowardly Dog - Creep VR

You play through popular episodes of the cartoon as Courage from Courages view. I would hire developers who already have a background in VR games like Owlchemy Labs. The graphics and art style are simple but faithful (also to save money for the budget) with detailed lighting. An effort would be put into the sound design and the game would try to actually be scary. Youtube and Twitch would eat it up since most of the ecelebs are around the age where they grew up with Courage. That's all I got

Once the sales slow down then a free update adding non vr mode would be added + a fan voted episode would be made

You play as a morally ambiguous self-insert merc in the marvel universe pulling miscellaneous jobs like heists and hits and junk. You can go about the jobs in any way you like, but if you're an absolute madman and just start shooting like a maniac you'll build up a heat level, which will inevitably attract a superhero/supervillain if it gets too high. This could be anyone from Bullseye to Spider-Man to Thor depending on the mission. Naturally you can only "defeat" capes if you beat them, and they'll retreat.

As the game goes on you'll be able to use your funds to purchase scaled-down off-brand versions of marvel tech like repulsors, web-shooters, and a cap-shield (with durability, this shit isn't vibranium) to augment your more mundane inventory.

Agents of Mayhem with the JL (with proper missions not just copy paste lairs).

I'd buy it on sale.

BTW, what the fuck is Rocksteady working on? A general DC Universe game? Green Lantern?

Legion would be ideal. Have it stand on its own. No baggage from YJ.

House of Mouse but with Kingdom Hearts

>Mario and Luigi esque slapstick combat.
Have it be about the ducks. Carl Barks art style and everything.

You had to remind me user. It still hurts

God of War, but with Hawkman.

Attached: Dr_wWNnWkAAAGAU.jpg (1000x1519, 333K)

I'm not even logged into steam... maybe it's region locked?

The ducks are overrated
