meanwhile Billy ends up in Asgard again and ends up taking it over again, this time permanently, when due to this Ragnarok ends up not happening, Mandy ends up investigating cause she was expecting a bunch of dead Norse gods, she finds out what Billy has accomplished(if mostly on accident) and due to both being impressed by that and seeing an opportunity to amass even more power for herself, proposes that she and Billy marry, which Billy readily agrees to
