It'd be a punching ghost-type stand, maybe its power would just be generating a gadget that is perfect for the given situation, but the user has to be able to actually use the gadget (i.e. throwing it, or activating it, or sticking it on the ground or something).

Would the Foreigner Belt be too overpowered as a stand? Ice powers, heat powers, behavior manipulation, vision alteration, body mutation, and if we include other Foreigner songs not in the episode, potentially time travel (Feels Like the First Time). And I'm not too familiar with their discography, so there could be even more crazy shit. Any given power isn't too much, but having access to all of the would be. Maybe it's balanced out by the stand manifesting as a physical object, and that the user must be wearing it to use it.
