Which one Yea Forums? And who else will be disappointed if The Mouse doesn't re-release either of them around the time the Live Action Aladdin movie comes

SNES
Laddi for SNES
From a Yea Forums perspective, Genesis is the obvious answer, but they're both great games that adapt the movie in completely different ways
The DOS port of the Genesis version is already on Steam
Genesis, of course.
Genesis by it's synergy

I prefer Capcom's game design to Virgin's, but in this case Capcom's was soft and Virgin's was sharp. Moving all Disney projects from Capcom to Virgin was a fucking mistake though, killed the momentum when Lion King and Hercules played like shit.

All of the original music was fantastic
Has Disney ever released any of their games?
Genesis. Its the third best selling game on the console for a reason.
The Capcom NES games got a compilation recently. 'Disney Afternoon Collection' its called.

But was that capcom's doing or Disney's doing?
Yes.
Seriously though, it was a collab.
Out of all the games they made they haven't released a single one. We're in troubling times.
They both suck, Because no one has Mirage.
Wayforward got as many of the original VA's for ducktales (including young when he was still alive) for their remake.
It's a pretty decent remake. Cept they added voice overs to the gameplay too and they can feel a bit overly chatty at times.
Genesis > SNES but SNES carpet ride > Genesis escape from the cave.
To add to this, its also probably because Capcom is still, y'know, alive.
Everyone else Disney worked with back in the day has been dead for years. So no one can give them the rights to re-release their games.
Disney's doing, really. Capcom couldn't care less about those old 90s games anymore, but a buck is a buck and all they have to do is say "yes" when asked for permission to re-release the games.
Disney was the one who got the VAs, and were kind enough to foot the bill. No way would WayForward be able to afford someone as legendary as June Foray herself.

Sounds pretty cool of them surprisingly. I can't imagine an indie publisher like wayforward would be a huge return on investment on their part so that does make them look kinda good to me. At least, that's working on a few assumptions by my part.
I think if anything, DuckTales Remastered was a moment of perfect timing. WayForward's Matt Bozon (the guy who made Shantae) frequently cites the NES DuckTales as his all-time favorite game, and Disney no doubt wanted to get DuckTales back into public attention in preparation for the reboot. The remake would only benefit them both.
Genesis music is superior.
I'd definitely pay for a bundle that has both games.
