Guess it's not that uncommon of an idea though, it is pretty much happening now with no new Tiny Toons stuff being made, but if someone really stole it from me then GOOD TO KNOW I was funny I guess

Doesn't sound like a great setup for a show, just a gag about millennials. Also if they were university graduates they wouldn't be tiny any more. Also I never got the impression that they were supposed to be in college; 'looniversity' was just used for pun reasons but it seemed more like a high school. You could do a show about them going off to actual university, that might work.
