In Italy he's "Slado", basically they turned it into a name that sounds vaguely Italian

In Hungary, Beast Boy is called Gézengúz (means something like Little Rascal) and his nickname is GG. But whereas Gézengúz is pronounced with hard Gs, GG is spoken with soft Gs. It's a mystery.

Yup. English is largely an analytic language, where the meaning is modified by adding more words. Word order is very important because the meaning changes if words switch places.
Synthetic languages like Polish use a lot of affixes to form longer words with a different meaning, often several at a time. This is also present in English to some degree e.g. fast - faster, fortune - misfortune. This can indeed be pretty efficient at times.

Pretty sure it's literally just a totally average Japanese voice, no weird features or incomprehensibility or anything. They didn't even try to get the gimmick across in the dub and are just voicing him like any other character.

What I did check out are TTG episodes. I would compare them to see how well they translated it (it was pretty good) and I saw that some unwholesome scenes would not be shown. It was stuff like extended barfing or pic related.

The Italian dub of Spongebob changed only a few names (Squidward shortened to Squiddi, Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy are Waterman and Supervista - the latter means "Supersight" BTW), but then all the others, for years, where written phonetically, AKA how an Italian pronounces them.

In Latin America, the Powerpuff girls are "Las chicas superpoderosas", meaning the Superpowerful girls, and their names are Blossom = Bombón (Bonbon, like the chocolates) Bubbles = Burbuja (literal translation) and Buttercup = Bellota (Acorn). Other than Bubbles, they're inaccurate, but still cute things and they keep the B initials.

In Spain, though, they are Las Super Nenas (The Super Babes), and their names are Blossom = Pétalo (petal), Bubbles = Burbuja (literal) and... Buttercup = Cáctus. She's a prickly desert plant.

I can't really hear it. French Vegeta sounds a lot different than most versions btw, his voice is more high pitched and less "woah gravely badass voice", which I think works great.

That's in Germany, Vegeta's first VA also dubbed SpongeBob. French Vegeta had a relatively high pitched voice, and since most European DBZ dubs were based on the French version, a lot of them gave him similar sounding voices.
But after a while some dubs changed his voice to sound deeper because no one could take him seriously when he sounded like some squeaky-voiced cartoon villain.

The French DBZ dub was such a shoddy mess that other countries just went ahead and did further alterations to try and salvage the material they were given. The Portuguese dub was a full-on 4th wall breaking parody, the Hungarian dub changed Dodoria into a girl, and the German one threw out the French script altogether and cobbled together a new one based on the Dragon Ball manga (with added swearing).
This had an unfortunate result, namely that when DB Super was exported to Europe, some countries were forced by the distributors to keep the dumb French-based terminology in order to preserve continuity between the series.

Also his French dubber thinks dubbing anime is beneath him (despite not being a particularly respected actor), which is incredibly fitting in a meta sense.

You are just being dense. It was in the movie when it's stated why they have their names. The reason ''Buttercup'' is callet Buttercup is just because the Professor realiced he gave the other two girls names that inicitate with ''B'' so he rolled with it. That's how it works in english. How were the translators supposed to know that when the series began? Blosom is a Flower, so Pétalo it's allright. Buttercup (Cactus) is agressive and the rude one, and also wears green color, so ''Cactus'' just fits.

No he’s a little above average in clarity which might the a joke where they have gags about people that no one really notices and/or listens too. Where as someone that was a jumbled mess of words would be seen as crazy and not someone you would ever be near.

Cataluña, no doubt. There's more of an otaku culture, their AnimeCon is the country's biggest and most important, and I'd say that in the last 15 years almost all anime has been badly dubbed by Catalonian studios (both to Catalan and Spanish).

Not really, it depends on the language. Romance languages generally require the same number of words or more, Germanic the same number of words or less, and Slavic languages can be all over the fucking place depending on which Slavic language it is. This is obviously a generalization that ignores smaller language families like Celtic, but on average that's about the case.
