They did progressively get worse, I'll give that, but Alien Invaders was definitely watchable (especially for Shaggy's groovy space girlfriend). But Cyber Chase and after is when whomever was making these dropped the ball hard.
Keeping in mind the majority of these aren't theatrical releases so I don't have high expectations in the first place, which is why I think the first three are at least impressive for the format.

For some maybe, But as a kid I only ever enjoyed the Scooby media with actual monsters like Ghoul School and Zombie Island, If you want to use real criminals dont bother putting them in monster costumes you can write a good supernatural mistery without having to use a guy in a halloween suit.

One thing we've learned is that they aren't afraid to embrace memes and do crazy crossovers that actually work. Imagine if they actually did one with Dragon Ball.
Of course Goku and friends have done plenty of crossovers themselves.
