What the fuck was even the point of this delayed release? It's so confusing, I'm not even sure where it's showing and when. Had to double check it really premiered today in my country.

Just saw it today and it was fucking fantastic.

Marketing bean-counters look at each country in isolation and say "this is statistically the best week to release this movie when the most people will go to see it" and spend zero time thinking about how staggered releases kill hype and lead to potential customers being spoiled on movies before they release in their region.

This is, alongside Toy Story, the best animated trilogy so no... I will never forget this.

This is probably the first time Dreamworks made 3 movies for a series that not only progressively got better but also had a good show that made the movies better

HTTYD 1 is still better than 2 but I have a good feeling that 3 will at least be better than 2
