Scoring 91 points would make you EPL champion in 22 seasons out of 26

Is it even possible to slip at this point?

You have to score more points than your rival because you might both be benefiting from weaker sides.

This is the strongest era of the EPL

Pool already slipped

Depends on whether City score 92 points

It clearly isn't. City and Liverpool ending both on 90-100 points proves it

Sounds like the most top-heavy, at least

It's a historically weak season with ridiculously shit bottom tier teams like Huddersfield or Fulham and most of the main title competitors in some sort of turmoil at the moment. It's definitely a slip if they don't win. Let's just remember that they were 10 points above Shitty at one point of the season.

>zoomer
10 years ago english teams absolutely dominated the champions league

EPL is really turning into another La Liga, last season MC was the first team ever to hit 100 points, this season either MC or Liverpool are guaranteed to set the new record for the most points second team has ever got

it was 7 points because of game in hand

Only retards concern themselves with this slipping shit. It's like an obsession for some here.

>91+ points
>only lost one game all season
>unbeaten at home
>20 points ahead of the 3rd place with 35 more goals
>semi final in the CL

All while playing good football. This is a great season.

Even if they win nothing?

Too bad it's liverpool

cope harder, Klopp

The fact that they have so many points goes to show just how good they are

they've won 28 matches

Yet our 3rd place team is probably going to make the CL final and the Europa final will be between our 4th and 5th teams. EPL is GOAT.

Barcelona and Valencia will still win it though

Football was harder back in the day.

>they face each other in 2 supercups and copa del rey
i think at the moment this season they only got ties
