How many of you make good money?

How many of you make good money?

i would be making good money, but im also studying so i dont have much time to work. Im an english teacher. One of the most requested jobs in the world. The thing is, to make good money, you actually have to be a GOOD teacher.

That's a nice shotgun, is it a Mossberg or a Browning?

I net 1k a week which for me is good. Kind of average statistically but anything other than being the shit of the world is good in my opinion, even if its considered a statistical average. I was in the dumps for a long time but I committed a few years to staying sober and joined a trade union. Put myself in a much better financial position and have a future professionally. I'm getting comfortable and starting drinking again but i dont have the same emotional problems so I feel in control of my life unlike before

All I think about with

I sell weed and ecstasy to tourists, i make up to 100 thousand euros during the six month season.

Department manager in the truck industry. Roughly 80.000€/year. Love my job ...

Define good money.

Adjusted for your area and its cost of living: living comfortably. Are you living paycheck to paycheck or are you living well? Not having to worry about finances as much as you would before you were making this kind of money?

I own a specialty repair business for sanitation machines. Learned a lot about machines and electricity, added it all up. My business cleared just shy of a quarter million last year and this year is on track to be even better.

You posted euros. Do these companies ever hire americans?

Honestly don't know. Some powerful shit to blow his fucking brains out like that.

That fallot is great. I've thought about it too bud. That's lifefor some of us

is he gonna be ok?

Probably just needs to walk it off

Then I guess I make good money. I got an M.A. degree and went to work for state government.

Have you ever heard of duct tape? He's fucking fine dude. Stop being so new

This except im a traveling bum. 1-2k a week. Better money and quality of life than anything ive ever seen.
Go the fuck outside frogposters. The world is big and beautiful.

Naw bro, nerve gas is permanent.

Actuary. I make $180K at age 28. Pretty comfy life. Life debt except $360K mortgage.

>Actuary. I make $180K at age 28.
Which actuarial society are you ranking up in?

The dick sucking homo kind

SOA. Already have my FSA

I've heard that's basically as difficult as getting a Ph.D. in math. True?

He sucked his professor off bro. Dont listen to him. He's a cum guzzling homo

What's with the dick sucking obsession?

i live in france at the border of switzerland, i'm 18 (soon 19) and i make 100k~ a year in a huge meat factory

is that revenue or profit?

joined the military as a computer programmer
got out and got a job as a computer programmer
currently making about 160k usd
military sucks in a lot of ways but it is a good start to a lot of different careers.

Why, you wanted that clearance?

I make 100K from home .. really working like 2hours a week (for the government) I'm a tall chad too and im 25 years old

mostly did it because i was flunking out of college
but yeah, the clearance has been great too
don't smoke weed, be an american citizen and you can qualify for clearance and all kinds of jobs open up and pajeet can never be hired for

Pretty decent I think. ~75K a year working as a CNC programmer/machine setup guy for a firearms manufacturer. All I had to do was be a retard as a teenager, fuck up a scholarship, live in abject poverty for 10 years, then go back to college when I wasn't so retarded.

I make good money, I think. I could make a lot more but I'd have to work a lot harder for it, my current job has a lot of down time and low expectations while still being interesting and rewarding.

I spent a ton of time in college and got a masters in a STEM field, which wasn't terrible but definitely wasn't good money for those years.

50k a year

Good larp user. The feds don't pay 100k to anyone unless you live someplace with enormous cost of living or you've been in the system for ages.

What courses do you take for cnc? Is it rough and tough or could a skinny retard like me do it?

cnc lol rough n tough. lol watch a fucking machining video

What do you do?
You obviously sucked a big giant clock to make that money
Dont lie sweetheart, you took it in the bum
Not bad. I wish i made 50k a year. What do you do?

If it rough and tough then I'd wait a few months to gang up on you

I went to a school that offered a degree in manufacturing, focused primarily on CNC. It's not physically challenging at all. I spend three quarters of my time in front of a computer, and the other quarter on the shop floor tweaking and optimizing programs. The heaviest thing I pick up is a bar of aluminum stock that weighs like 30 pounds.

That’s a pump shotgun, how the hell did he manage to eject the shell/rack the slide when his head was gone?

i basically just check cameras to check if everything goes well, i also have to evacuate the building in case something bad happens, rarely happen tho but its stressfull when it happens, but most my days is just slacking off and i get massive discount on meat in general

Most pump actions won't let you pull the fore end back until you pull the trigger or hold the release. If you've got rearward pressure on it when you fire, it'll generally unlock and function like the world's sketchiest blowback firearm.

How much time did you spend on your degree?
What state?
Dude, I would move across the world to work doing that. Like I would literally suck you off just to get easy money and discount on food.

Kitty will never shit outside its litter box again.

oh ok then? lmao what..

2 years full time school in Maine to get an AAS. It's pretty specific, but if you want to get into machining, it's a great head start. Learn the basics, and focus on programming. You need to understand how machining works in order to program, but most machinist/operators don't really make a whole lot. Programming, set up, and tool and die making is where the money is.

Damn, dont have 2 years

I thought tool and die was dying?

Might have been a Clinton-style suicide.

You can also try to get an apprenticeship at a shop, and learn as you work. There's lots of great online classes outside of colleges that can teach you most of what you need to know about the programming end of stuff. If you spend 6 months to a year in a shop doing basic shit and learning the ropes, and take some (relatively cheap) online classes on SOLIDWORKS, Mastercam, gcode and the like, you'll be ready for an entry level programming job.

Revenue, profit was somewhere around 45k

Eh, it's not what it used to be, but still has it's place. If you're good at it and find your niche, you can make damn good money.

In the competitive liberal hellhole i live, getting an apprenticeship isnt as easy as it would be in a conservative area

85-95k USD after taxes, and I work about five months of the year(February-March and September-November).

I went to a community college and got a two year degree.

Industrial Automation Engineer.

I'm black, grew up poor as fuck, was at the bottom of my class...then year 8 hit. Was at my all time Had SATs to do.

Got approached by a white South African teacher. Made fun of me. Gave me a maths cd rom. That shit changed my life. Passes GCSE Maths with A in year 10, I was doing A-level maths in year 11. Finished A-level maths in year 12.

I finished Sixth form with AABD in Maths, Physics, Chemistry and Art respectively.

Went to Uni, did Electrical Engineering, learned and software development and the rest was pretty much history.

Ok yeah, that info is kind of important for those who wouldn't ask.

Mission accomplished. This dude knew what he was doing.
Those images of people with faces turned to mince meat are the scary ones.

Was at my all time low*
had to correct that

It might be tough, but look around for machine shops. A lot of older guys who know a ridiculous amount about the trade are happy to have an eager new guy who wants to learn. Or they'll be angry drunks, but those are the shops you just leave.

I make 6 figures, just barely, though.
Learned to pentest websites, then moved to blue team playing with firewalls, protecting websites from hackers.

Honestly kind of dumb. I operate a first line of defense against hackers, basically a bodyguard for websites, and somehow I can afford a house and pets and shit.

Adulthood is fucking stupid.

microchip shortage still impacting you?

I literally sell hentai to people online. I'm a skilled traditional artist so it's not hard at all and I have too much free time and I basically never have to leave the house. Needless to say i'm not rich but I could never Imagine working in an office 8 hrs a day 7 days a week. It's completely spoiled me.

like they send you commission requests or you just make stuff and sell....prints? digital copies?

its a combination of patreon commissions gumroad.

pretty much, we have shit with delivery times ranging from 20-50 weeks. That's fucking insane.
