Most porn pays about $1-2k per shoot. Some sites pay a bit more or less. Any scene with anal is about +50-100%. Blacked often doesn't have anal, only some do, only a handful of DP etc.
Average it out at about $2k/scene (for the girl). At least $500 for the guys, possibly more because they're pretty picky about the guys and they're kind of niche, say $1k each for them.
