PC is based. The Deck is based too, and emulation is fine. Nintendo's games are meant to be played. I personally prefer the Switch due to how modular it is and its form factor, but I can see why one would wish to play these games with better settings and performance. The only thing that would disgust me is if someone unironically bought a Playstation and used it as their main platform. May God help those who unironically play on Playstation.
