The solution to the Strip Club fight
If you want the full expreience I recommend starting with the "Out-Back" section from the chapter select, as previous sections seem broken.
Help the girl in the bathroom.
Find the girl with the DDR machine. Talk to her and let her finish her game.
Play the game and beat the girl's score (it's low, but the ddr minigame is kind broken I think so be careful). She gives you the pass.
Go up and find the guard blocking the entry. Use "7" to select the card she gave you.
Go to her room, talk to her, a codec call with General Graves will play upon clicking "E". She will then give you another card. Go downstairs, near the place where you entered the level. There will be a door that upon clicking "E" will dispaly the message that it's VIP only and they'll let you in if you're the president or something. Use "7" to select the card and use it on this door.
Another section will load. Use no clip (console -f12, type ghost) to pass the door and go to the RV. You'll be locked up and shot by EDF soldiers and the whole place will be in flames. A door was blown up, and in that room there is a secret passage on the floor. From there you will fight your way in the basement of the club. If you don't want to fight the bugs just use the ghost cheat. Also use the Night Vision with "N" (use allammo in the console to even get it). After exiting the basement you will have the fight in the club advertised by the webm

I remember lurking on the 3Drealms forums shortly after this trailer was released. George Broussard would make all sorts of posts about the game, and he would brag that the game was going to be one of the most interactive FPS's of all time. When it came to the environments. Looking at the bits of things that they accomplished in the game, it looks to be true. The guy stealing the TV looks jank. But little details like that would have been incredible in the final game.
