ACT literally cannot get banned due to the way it collects data, which is capturing packets to pull damage logs directly printed in the game. The only way to remove it would be to completely obfuscate the combat log and roll damage values serverside.

It's not even detectable as it currently stands because the PC that runs FFXIV doesn't have to be the one that parses, just having a packet sniffer catch the data going between your PC and the server is enough to parse. The worst that could happen to ACT is the next MMO SE makes explicitly hides combat data from the player.
