The comics are really good, it's like all the Fables but rated R there are no boundaries.

So what exactly did the twist at the very end of the game set up for? No season 2 ever, so I'll never have it explained to me.

Hey I loved the wolf among us too but Tales from the Borderlands is legitimately the funniest game in the series. I can only hope they picked up some of that talent for 3

Dunno, I try to stay away from ANYTHING Anthony fucking Burch touched, because his writing is edgy and dialogues are written in a "bullied teenager" kind of way with sarcasm and shit.

Was Burch even a part of tales? The writing was way funnier to what was in any of the games.

He was. Not sure how much he wrote for it, tho.

Technically the Faith you meet in the in this scene is the Nerissa you see in the end of the game. However because of magic, it’s unknown what her real identity is, whether that being Faith, Nerissa or someone else.

I kinda dropped it at issue 11 I believe, with the WW2 flashback because of that godawful unreadable font.
I should pick it up again.

Even then in a way I’m kinda happy that the game died because the original writers left the company, and I didn’t want it to turn into shit like the walking dead.

I wish they hadn't changed the story after releasing the first episode. sure, people figured out a twist right away, but I can't help but feel like the story suffered because it was rushed

True. At least we had a good season. At most, Fables didn't end so bad. I'd be glad to go back to the story, especially after that damn cliffhanger, but all we would've got would be some nuTelltale shit with old good voice actors.
