If points are invested into guns I've heard they can be pretty useful. The Bishop Vick fight is one of the quests where having skills in guns would come in handy because that guy is a fucking pain in melee.

I think you guys have some seriously different standards than me when it comes to weaponry. You can cheat to have max perception and firearms and the basic shotgun, SMG and peashooter still suck shit and are not even worth having.

Guns don't get good until towards the last half of the game. Hollywood at the earliest. Nothing you can do but suffer or try something else at this point. At the very end though you'll be glad to have spent those points on firearms.

Do you like FPS? Imagine that it's possible to get the best gun (objectively the best, for every kind of monster, every kind of level etc.) early on (secret area, for example) and consistently find enough ammo for it later on. Would you always do this if you play this game more than once?

Jezebel shouldn't have been a spoiler at least from what I'm aware. If you were doing the quest for Damsel you should've gotten to her before you get to Brother what's his face down in the sewers.

My first playthrough was Ventrue and I completely ignored Fortitude in favor of social stats and dominate and boy did I regret my decision. Accountants aren't built to fight flesh golems or cult leaders with AIDS

Getting the best armor in the game is nice yeah but really it's up to preference. If i'm gonna be all sneaky and shit for most of the game or decide to go all wizardy with Tremere then personally I'd rather keep in tune with the archetype of the character, meaning they most likely wouldn't be decked out in a full suit of body armor. It's a dumb way to play maybe but it spices up playthroughs.
