Nta but the Hiroyuki Takashima' squad (or rather the symphogear chads that were in MT) are split on a bunch of studio KAI's shows, mostly on upcoming Fuuto Tantei.
And as everyone knows, Imamura and Fujji's squad is busy with the gender bender shit. Also, apparently the director is doing something else in the meanwhile. So in any case MT S2 is still tooo far away as they need to get these staff together once again. Which may or may not be possible considering most of S2 would be SoL.

Bind is just a legal shell for White Fox and Egg Firm working together, Egg Firm just being a production company, so they just throw money at things. Essentially they have some of White Fox's resources on retainer to have them pushing out MT stuff down the pipe, but they will train people and keep people up to date using other things like individual episodes and possibly shows.
