It'll probably have a decent cult following, but only the 1st episode is actually great. That episode was so dream-like and intriguing in a way every other episode wasn't. Momoe is the best girl though.

As a standalone episode it was great, I do think it falters since it is a direct cause of the main problem with the series, which is that it didn't know what it wanted to be. That being said, it was the best "science fiction" episode.
