I can't remember anything specific since it's been some time since I've watched the first 2 seasons and still haven't watched the new episodes.
But in general, she seems barely more educated than everyone around her, and not any smarter than most isekaied characters. She seems to have a fetish for paper, not the content of books. You'd expect that what she's read on books about philosophy, sociology, anthropology, psychology, etc. would help her to achieve her goals, but most of what advances the plot is her mana and a lot of coincidences.
All she was able to do due to her previous knowledge was make air conditioner and crappy ink and paper.
It's fine when she's being just stupid or bratty and social maladjusted, those are in character, but I swear sometimes she acts like someone who's never read in their entire life.

Retaining "nothing" might be a bit of a stretch, but I think there's a very high chance that Urano might have been the type of book reader who primarily enjoyed the act of reading and would often lapse in actively comprehending the contents of the text she was reading (which honestly is not uncommon as everyone can recall a time where they find themselves five pages into a chapter only to realise they have no clue what they've just read). And given the absolutely ravenous way she was consuming books, I imagine there comes a point where a particular book wouldn't really leave much of an impression unless it intensely sparked her specific interests. Particularly, I've always thought of Myne's love of books as being something of an autistic fixation, which would explain her oddly specific knowledge of books as a medium and other methods of recording information and knowledge.
Also education or having read about a topic doesn't translate to real world application of it if they have no interest in trying to apply it practically. e.g. A friend of mine is intensely into cooking and they also did extremely well in science in school but only out of necessity to get the grades they needed to apply to a top university, it wasn't like they were actually interested in chemistry or biology as a subject. One time while cooking they couldn't for the life of them fathom why the large chunks of a meat they cooked in a sauce didn't taste very flavoured afterwards, even though a basic understanding of diffusion & osmosis and surface-area-to-volume ratios would have answered that predicament for them.

I just mean it's weird that she has such a varied skillset of skills that happen to be super useful in a medieval world. Judging from Urano's personality it's shocking she even knows how to cook, but she actually has a very in depth knowledge of cooking. And then you add in her craftperson knowledge like basket weaving, paper-making, shampoo making, knitting, etc. At the very least it shows Urano was probably far more intelligent than she thought she was, since she retained all that knowledge despite her self-proclaimed "inability to remember anything she isn't interested in".
