thanks for the dump, op. even though i've got to get up at 6 am tomorrow, i drank a liter of coke earlier. and even though only one person can wait with my dad at the hospital, my mom still wants me to come along. and even though my dad keeps having kidney stones, he doesn't keep up with his dietary necessities to prevent that. i guess you could say my entire family's priorities are fucked.

actually good advice if you're behind on some uni work, just worry about getting into the flow of working and start doing what you can. If you attempt to sort out your priorities and plan a course of action, it can take up valuable time, give you a sense of false comfort and then proceed to procrastinate, or freak you out to the point you convince yourself it's hopeless and give up.
