What Miko truly needs, is to learn that the world isn't black and white. People can have both good sides and shitty sides, and that she should stop labeling them according to her preconceptions. Kaguya grew from a cold Ice Queen who was cruel and rarely interacted with anyone to the kind girl we have today.
Shirogane grew from a complete loser who was awful at studying to a great Student Council President and one of the top students in the country, and even got into Stanford a year early.
We haven't seen how far Ishigami will grow yet, but he's already improved a lot from the coward slacker he was at the start of the series.
Characters growing a lot to achieve their goals is the norm and one of the main themes of the series. Miko becoming a worthy president is very unlikely to be the exception. Becoming less repressed could help, sure, but her ending should be her becoming worthy of the presidency, not giving up on it.

We're still seeing the early steps of how she comes to deserve the presidency and Ishigami.

So, how the narrative is shaping up is that there will be a clear conflict in Iino: doing what is "justice", or doing what she wants. In this case, it seems like doing the right thing would be to support Ishigami in his endeavor of getting Ishigami, while what she wants would be to go for Ishigami herself.

In a narrative like that, there is no way Iino actually loses. If that actually happens, then the moral becomes "she should have just continued to do the right thing", when Aka is clearly trying to break down that very thing.

Miko is a pretty useless card that really only counters Ishigami, with her special ability "Childish Justice", until she loses and gets sent to the trash. But Ishigami can salvage trashed cards with his special ability, and Miko's card gains "True Justice" if she's the target. As "True Justice", Miko beats everyone else besides Ishigami who she's now useless against.

The issue is not the relationship itself, even if I wouldn't say she took it well, she was really shocked and seemed relieved when it turned out to be a "prank". Not a too big fan of Kaguya, but that had style. And it looks like Prez managed to picked the most sane girl in the council. The girl with the split personality.

Fujiwara's prank didn't get me. First thing it looked too unnatural (big head, reflections), so I instinctively thought for an explanation (bald cap?) and looked for a fault. I mistook her thin eyebrows as the caps border. Also there is not enough hair on the floor and she likes pranks..

Miko's reaction isn't too much off IMHO. (She doesn't totally look like a psycho. Not totally.) She is emotionally invested and even though it (officially) doesn't concern her, she showed, that it bothers her. A lot. If anything she just gave a big hint to everyone, that she might be after Ishigami (aka best boy), even if she might not have realized that herself. (But I do concur: Attention and praise seeking + big tolerance for abuse spells "no good"). Tsubame, even though a "slut" (has it been confirmed, that she up til now only had short time relationships and one night stands?), has been made a fool out off (Prez's dad) and does reflect about the possibility for a long term relationship with Ishigami (with hints of being smitten by him). I do cheer more for her, than for Miko at this point.
