Depending on what you define as doing nothing, it could actually be considered the default winning position. One could make the argument that most main girls from even the big popular series win by doing nothing like Naru, Chitoge and Aki since they're generally passive in the romantic development. I'd go so far as to say that the building blocks for that kind of ending are already in place, but there is no way that at any point in the manga so far has Itsuki had a romantic interest in him. Yeah this is what I though through the entire manga. It's written so that Itsuki is the winner even when she doesn't do anything after the first couple chapters. Yotsuba reveal really made me question that assumption though. I feel like there might be a bait and switch going on. The fact that Itsuki WAS Rena but wasn't lolikano sort of points that way. It was logical to assume that Itsuki was lolikano up until these last few chapters.
