I don't know how many times I have to explain this to retards like you but it being a horrible movie does not make it a bad Bond movie, most Bond movies are bad movies. Casino Royale being a cinematically great movie does not make it a good Bond movie, it's boring as fuck, forced with realism and no campiness.

The movie felt very rushed and the script was partially to blame. The editing was atrocious though, I remember that scene where Bond runs into the villains in the opera house and it immediately cuts to a mute scene of them shooting at him while he flees.

Phoebe Waller-Bridge is credited with "script polishing", while everyone else has a writing credit. She's really underplayed her contribution in interviews and insists that she really didn't do much.
Remember that it was Daniel Craig's idea she be brought in, not the producers, and it was announced as news at a time when they were trying to generate publicity with no actual material to use, and fleabag had just become internationally popular. The other rewrites just happened silently.
Her contribution to the script is definitely minimal, they just tacked her name on for publicity.

How was QoS a good Bond movie then? It didn’t have any cool gadgets or stunt scenes, and the villain was so boring. The only Bond trope it excelled at were the girls, Olga is still the hottest Bond girl of the Craig films. It’s a shame the redhead only had two scenes before dying though.

Honestly I think other bond films have been held back by the runtime. The last few have had really convoluted plots that are skipped through in shorthand
