Why does it have to be foreign?

Undead (2003)

Because it makes OP feel special

GOT: The Long Night

Hell of the Living Dead is so stupid its great!

Why hasn’t a good zombie movie come out in so long bros? Seemed like the early 2000s were chock full.

Zombie

Because the current horror fad is ghosts and demons and shit

Delamorte Delamore

Juan of the Dead

The Night Eats the World was pretty good

Fulci's films. Love the Blind Dead series too.

Of all the Japanese zombie movies released around that time (Junk, Wild Zero, Stacy), I think it's the most well made and the most entertaining.

I suppose this one's kind of a cheat (you know what I mean if you've seen it), but I fucking loved it

I want to get in zombie movies. What is the best movie to start?

It's a very fun movie.

Night of the Living Dead, obviously

Big Tits Zombie
I torrented this a long time ago but don't have the magnet link anymore.

First on my list.

68 or 90? Or both?

The Omega Man always carries a machine gun

"Duuuude what if we make a movie about people making a movie??"

My least favorite film plot.

Not Italian zombie movies, that's for sure.

28 days later. Sprinting zombies are the shit I wish we had more movies with them.

68, man, it's the start of the genre.
then watch Dawn and Day. if you never watch any more zombie movies past that, you'd have seen the best three already.
if you wanna watch the remakes after, that's fine too, but they're nowhere close to the originals, no matter what Snyderfags tell you
watch at least the first Fulci Zombi to get the taste of the Italian ones, and then if you like it, there's like a dozen follow ups
who cares

Both.

Not zombies.

The Dawn of the Dead remake seemed to really kick off the zombie craze, but that was sixteen years ago. The premise is kind of hokey, reliant on Second Order Idiot Plots in all cases, and attempts to explain zombies "scientifically" are just embarrassing. Even more embarrassing were the cringe-making zombie preppers gesting up for a scenario that would never, ever happen. The Walking Dead and everything like it had to switch to "we are the real monsters" or "consumer society is the real zombies" pseudo-profundity to pretend they're doing important social commentary with their dumb monster movies, which is transparent as fuck. And there's a big enough pile now of parodies and "deconstructions" of the genre that even those are played out by now.

>gesting up
gearing up*

It's surprisingly comfy.

Is that the aussie chick in the house one?

I will start with night of the living dead then. Thank you user.

don't be surprised if you don't like it. I didn't like it the first time I saw it, and then like 15 years later it finally clicked. Same thing happened to me with Suspiria, Videodrome, Blade Runner, Vertigo, all kinds of stuff. Don't go in with your intentions super high.

Zombie '90 is the essential SOV zombie shitfest.

"Hello, based department?"

lmfao what a nerd you couldnt even get it right they werent making a movie they were making a tv special

zombie are reddit. i like the ones where there's just the end of the world but not zombies. like the first part of I am Legend i guess, but mostly The Quiet Earth or the 1970s series Survivors
these are Kino, rather than cheetos tier flicks

Can we stop acting like zombi was a good zombie movie? They spend the entire mother fucking movie talking about getting to the island, then they’re there for 15 minutes. The effects are great, that’s IT. Also
>ahhhhhh zombies are invading the city it’s madness
>cars casually driving by on the bridge as the zombies shuffle over it.
Lmao are you fucking faggots kidding me?

>The effects are great, that’s IT.
There's the soundtrack.

I prefer the goblin soundtrack for Dotd

That's fine; Dawn has a great soundtrack. So does Zombie.
