They all have embiggened hands in that last panel, or is implied to be able to embiggen based on past appearances (Kamala Kang and any time she's gotten a symbiote) Shapeshifting is simply what all Kamalas do (comic-wise).
The odd one out is "Genis-Khan" here, but she seems omnipotent enough that it's not as big a deal for her.

The top right doesn't seem to be embiggened. The hand isn't out of proportion with the rest of the arm just closer. Bottom right appears to be a hulk. The Symbiote one could go either way. The only one we know for sure has the same powers is Kamala Kang.

The way her hand is drawn, it's too big and misshapen to just be a perspective difference. "Hulking out" is simply shapeshifting in a different style, which Kamala has done before when especially mad. And she's had a symbiote on at least two occasions but still used her standard powers on top of it.

The plot setup didn't seem bad but writing fucked it. Tons of exposition yet somehow it still doesn't make sense. Quarin's gains the ability to fuck with kamala's mind only made scenes confusing and it seems like it should have gone both ways like with the power tug of war. Contrived scenes of character stupidity like Nadia seeing Quarin beat a guy half to death and accusing Kamala of being the doppleganger while she is standing there from Nadia's POV. That silly shit where Quarin walks into a dimensional rift without alerting the crowd next to her just because Ji said anyone can be a hero.

If they were glmonna do it, it would have been this mini. They had a perfect excuse to. Negative reaction to D+ Kamala's powers probably had them reconsider the synergy.

They should have shown this guy more if they were going to do this. The marvel Ji thing seemed like an accident and now we here that he wanted that Kamala's specifically. Why change universes when you already have one? Between the delays and the artist change for the stinger it feels like they just added that last bit on.
