nah he made the right call because there was no face card on the table . Think about it. If he raises now, the other players will assume has either trip 10's and likely fold. They're not going to guess he has a full house (which he has). The flop is off suit as well, so it's not like they'd think that he was betting because he had a shot at a flush or anything. On this if I were Damon I would have bet after 4th card and hope that someone bets before me, so I can re raise after checking.
