Not that guy, but BLEED combat overhaul makes combat a good deal more compelling, there's a wealth of bug-fix and cut content restoring mods, the Someguy/New Vegas Bounties series of mods is fun, adds a ton of content and is well-made with the exception of some dodgy VAing here and there.
If you want something completely new, DUST Survival Simulator overhauls the game completely and makes it into essentially a freeform survival game in a much more deprived wasteland with more danger and not much in the way of quests or friendly NPCs.
