It's pretty much what happens if Bow, Adora and Glimmer do end up in the most powerful positions at the end of the war. Queen is Glimmer, Bow is a war hero, and Adora is the motherflipping She-ra.

Bow was teasing Catra and calling her spaceship cute, Glimmer smooched her on the cheeck, and Adora is now her girlfriend like she always wanted. Catra is lucky these she has friends in the highest of places.

According to Noelle in some instagram interview, she follows Hordak to clean up BI. So maybe she was going to be given some princess amnesty and she was like "nah, rather go and clean up with Hordak than stay with you" and left willingly.
