In comparison to the teams and the league situation, winning anything, even a League Cup, is considered an achievement. Only places like Yea Forums don't count it. The fact we're heading for a 2nd all English CL final in 3 years shows how good the PL is, so achieving stuff is worth applause. City are impressive, but £2bn is a lot of money.
