Honestly I find it hard to care about any of this. Hickman's overrated and for the most part it's all the same shitty to mediocre writers they've been using for the last two years. Duggan especially is the most overrated writer Yea Forums loves to fellate because he wrote a middling Deadpool run after years of shitty Waypool stories. The only thing that even half-interests me is Fallen Angels and that's largely because of Kwannon but Hill's another middling writer and they're still trying to use that shitty Teen Cable.

Of course by this time next year or the year after there'll be a new status quo for the X-Men when Hickman inevitably leaves so none of it will matter anyway. I just find it hard to care when basically they're putting a new paint job on everything and when Hickman's gone it'll be back to the same old shit.

Lame as shit they brought back Mondo but can't bring back MAH BOI Skin. Whatever, Brisson's a shitty writer so once Hickman's gone the book will go from alright to garbage really fast.

The fanbase for TT and LoSH no longer exists in the form that allows for a renaissance. LoSH in particular has lost most of its fans. Its a farcry from the 90s when there was a flourishing LoSH fandom. TT is currently a third tier book, which is a farcry from something that once upon a time competed with X-Men. These books were products of their times and their fans have moved on. X-Men was the only one that managed to keep a fraction of its fans and sustain itself. But it remains to be seen if they are going the way of Legion and Titans or if Hickman can revive the property.
