Cool, post Megamix.

No, enjoy our superior American OCs.

But I don't like the twintail reploid and Dr. NoCharacterExceptPossessingAVagina, and Xander Lameass is a joke.

ENJOY OUR SUPERIOR AMERICAN ORIGINAL CHARACTERS.

Ah, yes, who could forget such nuanced characters as Simone Miller? Remember that time she kissed some dude? And that time she told some other OC she had a long standing dispute with her?

and uh...
uhh.....

Massive Megafag here. Are his comics worth reading?

Well. the ending is just about as satisfying as the ending to the main Megaman timeline.

Archie comics are fun. They're not the greatest comics but enjoyable and fit the tone and art style of the series much more than any other. If you're more into manga and slightly more serious takes you'll probably enjoy Mega Mix.

Alright, gonna check them. Thanks.

Remember how the only way they could make Xander interesting was by turning him into Mr X from MM6 and then it still failed because the comic got canned before he could actually do anything.

It's not their fault the comic got canned right when they were about to adapt 4

I also remember they tried to jump into shipping territory with Protoman of all people before the canning.

>Manga aren't comics.
Whatever bub.

>It's not their fault that they spent over 700 pages to cover four video games.
Yes it is.

I seriously doubt that they'd jump into shipping Protoman if the comic were to continue onward.
4 is my favorite Megaman so it hurts my very soul to not see it done.

It's funny, when the comics were coming out, people complained that they didn't spend enough time with the robot masters.

Say that to mods.

yeah, especially with 1 and 2, they just go by in a blink of an eye

That's people mistaking the core of the problem. It's a structural issue. Every single issue adapting a game spent like three-to-five pages per robot master, most of them about their stage instead of the boss. This adds up fast and is extremely repetitive. Instead they should have used the characters more creatively and grouped them up at times for varied situations, efficient page use and better opportunities at characterization. You'd get far more out of a 4 page MM2 adaptation if you didn't dedicate five pages to Flash Man's stage, you know?

With the implication that Wily eventually murders his useless ass and impersonates him when MM6 comes around.

>The running gag of Crash Man and Needle Man lamenting how they were built without hands.

I honestly just wanted more "The Robot Masters acting like Siblings"

The idea of a team of specialized robo-bros saving the world together is just a hoot.

Let me guess. Ian wrote pages? If so, then that explains it.

Isn't the end of the time line the ending for Legends 2?

Yep
he's still on the moon

Shadowman is best robot master of all time. No ifs ands or buts.
