WHAT SHOULD THEY HAVE DONE DIFFERENTLY?

>Thanos punches Carol with the Power Stone.
>Puts on the gauntlet.
>Drax jumps out of nowhere and stabs him in the neck.
>Thanos tanks it even thought it got him bleeding and tosses Drax away.
>Prepares to snap his fingers.
>Carol swoops in again and pries his hand open.
>Rest of the movie proceeds as usual.
>In the end, Quill and Thor are in a pissing contest over leadership.
>Drax interjects that perhaps he should be leader as he has single-handedly defeated Thanos.
>Everyone points out Iron Man did it.
>Drax insists that while Iron Man delivered the killing blow it was certainly his strike that did Thanos in, and thus he fulfilled his vendetta.

More Carol

Thor travels to Alfenheim and enlists the aid of the Light Elves.

45 minute sex scene between Nebula and past Nebula. Also
>"You have something for me, Peter Parker?"
>gets gauntlet
>Tosses gauntlet to one of the other females
>"well? Im waiting"

Kino.

Perfect. It was honestly a bit jarring how he had a huge personal vendetta against Thanos but got zero lines after returning in Endgame

Show what happened to 2014 Gamora.

Antman beats Thanos

Any kind of character development. At all.

Thor went through the most development and all he did was go through a crisis emerging exactly how he was at the beginning.
Everyone went through a massive traumatizing event and they come out the other side with zero change in character or personality that didn't already define them in their previous movies.

Cap dies Tony lives but really sticks to the no more suits line.

Tony's entire lonely desperate speech to Pepper on the derelict ship looses a lot of weight when they get deus ex machina'd by Marvel. Instead of having him on the verge of death in deep space, have him and Nebula hopelessly trying to repair the ship on Titan. Throw in a handful of lines of dialog between the two of them as they work on the thing. You'd think the engineer guy and the blueberry onahole would would have some great chemistry. You can have Marvel show up on Titan to investigate them if you still want them to be what leads Marvel to come to Earth.

Let Iron Man use the Proton Cannon

Show how fucked up the world is now that 50% of all life is gone.

The Leftovers did this better and only 2% were gone in that show.

>banner didnt have any character development
ohnonononoHAHAHAHA

After they kill Thanos the first time, they should have converted the avengers to a catering agency and the film should have turned into a romcom with their first gig being a wedding

Go post on fanfiction.net.

Whose wedding?

to be fair, banner's development happened mostly offscreen and he just showed up as professor hulk so you can't really blame user for wanting more

also I really wish that during the ancient one scene that both original hulk and banner came out, it would've cemented the idea that they merged and are on good terms now instead of just having banner come out like he killed the hulk's consciousness

Let Hulk do some impressive Hulk fighting. Outside of holding up the collapsing HQ building his biggest feat of strength was tossing a bench.

Luke Cage and Danny Rand’s.

That would unironically have been a better way to introduce a gay character than Joe Russo pretending to be a fag.

One shot action scene

Revive Tony by using the quantum realm to age him backwards like they did Lang.

Truly wasted potential.

Have Cap not go back in time to stay with Peggie maybe have it where the Time Platform is broken after the fight and the person who goes back will essentially be sacrificing themselves and have him land in one of Marvels Ancient Times like Devil Dinosaur or a place that looks suspiciously like the savage lands

Bingo. They didn't even close the loop on her own movie's mid-credits scene.

Made time travel a Dr. Strange/magic thing, not a "science" based thing because there was never a medium ever that did time travel right without a hundred unanswered questions or "why didn't they do that" questions.

Can the infinity stones rewrite RDJ's contracts?

Not make any MarLEL flick, for starters.

Time travel as a result of the living tribunal instead of stark tech

Soul stone shenanigans

For the part where Ant-Man comes back to an abandoned neighborhood and only sees a kid who doesn't say shit, instead have him run into a clean-up/salvage operation with Vulture acting as the foreman so somebody can actually give him some information.

The film had way too much Iron Man wank, especially with the part where he solves time travel in literal minutes.

Besides that, it really couldn't have been better if they tried.

Why is he out of prison?

It fits his MO, though. He understood the Tesseract after only doing a night's worth of studying.

He escaped after all the guards were dusted/was part of a pardon program in exchange of contributing to rebuild the mess caused by the dusting.

Maybe it's cause I'm not a huge Marvel person in general but having this character constantly being told how awesome he is and even discovers what was initially a huge obstacle in the narrative in literal minutes is just stupid. It's like when Carol showed up and her whole personalty and role begins and ends with "I'm the strongest person in the room" but at least the movie used her as sparingly as possible.

Wouldn't it have been more neat if instead Hulk, Rocket and Tony worked together to figure out how to make the time machine?

I didn't think about that when I was watching the movie. Drax deserved better.
