Prefer the old beak-mouth to the new doofus smile, but overall I think the changes to the antenna and limbs are an improvement.
Essentially no changes other than the cleanliness of the lines. I guess they knew better than to fix what wasn't broken with GIR.
I hate it. The head to body ratio is way too small. Why mess with the shirt design? It was iconic. It's not like kids had any difficulty understanding that paranormal shit was his thing without the visual queue of a ghost on his shirt. Jacket feels less matrix-y now too.
