I found Bamse always very comfy.
They sold comicbooks of him in the eighties in the Netherlands.
Do they still make new ones?

Sure, if shetland was large enough to have immense mountain ranges and endless forests.

Yes; they are still fairly popular among young kids in Sweden.

They have kept the stories going way past the author's life.

Wasn't that based on a comic? (and on the Edda).

Nice to hear they are still here.

>The sound effects are enough to traumatise.

You should look up Gustaf Tenggren.

I don't know If Borge Ring must be named.
He was a danish musician and animator who worked later in the Netherlands and also worked for many international projects (Pink Floyd show, Different movies, etc.)
He won an oscar for the short movie Anna and Bella. When there was a fire in his house in 2012 not only many of his work was lost, but the oscar was melted and as flat as a pancake.

They've got good comics:
>"A Redtail's Dream" is a webcomic about a young man and his shapeshifting dog on an involuntary journey on the other side of the Bird's Path in the realm of dreams. They have to rescue their fellow Villagers before their souls pass on to Tuonela, the land of eternal sleep.
