The Greeks wish they could write a greater tragedy

Jeez, Spider-Man, he's an asshole but you didn't have to throw him through a fucking brick wall.

He threw him through THE Wall.

T.Spoiler

Who wrote these rules

Actual spoiler: The Wall really did manage to wreck Spider-Man's day off. His villain plan was successful..

Who did user request in the pinned post on /h/?

Sue Storm

The comic and the smiley are a reference to watchmen

It is a mystery

Me

If you click to see the post on /h/ archives, it says the filename was "tmp_download (2)1533825387.jpg". Googling that brings up someone on /pol/ who used the exact same filename on a picture of a blue-haired anime girl. And reverse-searching that picture says it's Hatsune Miku.

Watchmen's from 1986, while that Spidey Super Stories comic is from 1974.

Meet your next spider man villian in the MCU

For you.

The sad part it is a multi-spoiler.

Th funny thing about Easy Reader is that you could totally se someone like that walking around in NY.

Jesus christ, I've read this comic before but never realized just how ratty his costume is. It's got holes on elbows, knees and toes, and at least one of his fingernails seems to be poking out too.

Here is the live action version

thanks for the storytime

huh, I thought people just died when a brick wall crumbled over them

How can you be so sure?

Is this nigga the same guy? Is he some kind of reading autist or something and that's why he passed out from a fucking door having the wrong sign?

Yup. From what I've understood, these Spidey comics are based on some old educational children's TV show called "The Electric Company", in which Easy Reader was played by Morgan Freeman.
It's very noticeable in some Spidey Super Stories that the characters use rather short sentences and no big complicated words. It's because these stories were made for young kids who are still learning to read. That's why Easy Reader is the way he is, too.

Did he just lose his will of live?

Here's another classic villain.

Why did he go to the ball game in costume?

Tired of needing to find an excuse to get away and suit up every time some super-costumed freak disrupt a game.

It' not easy to notice, but she is actually black. I don't know why, but it make her character even funnier
youtube.com/watch?v=3AOb977fVu8

Ironically if he had gone as Peter Parker then The Wall wouldn't have fucked with the game because his goal was explicitly to annoy Spider Man on his day off.
Which also implies that this Spider Man is a crime fighter as a full-time job.

>Spidey is a mets fan
The man can't even catch a break when he's on his down time, Parker luck is a hell of a thing.

>Spidey's day off
I thought he was self-employed

While the comic has a habit of putting Spider-Man (or just "Spidey" as it prefers to call him) into strange situations, it doesn't erase Peter's double-life. It has a bunch of stories where he's working for JJJ and taking photos for him, or hanging out with MJ as Peter Parker.

>the MCU story that could have been...

you aren't supposed to discus horse show

Even if we didn't get Thanoscopter, terrible puns all over the place, or Thanos taken into police custody, at least they still accidentally dropped the cosmic cube.
And I doubt those are even spoilers, but I'm using spoiler tags just because the sticky is still up and this isn't an Endgame thread.
